“The construction right below our room until after 9:30pm was aweful. I'm surprised we weren't at least placed in a room further from the construction. Hot tub was brown, not at all like the photos.
The room was clean so that met expectations.”

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

“The room was as described and met our needs. We found it very handy to have a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the parking lot, in addition to the regular door opening to the hallway, so that we were able to bring our dog in and out without encountering any other guests. It was also handy that the refrigerator was basically double the size of a mini fridge. My only suggestion would be to have more vegan options in the complementary breakfast buffet. ”
