hi it might concern the first night we were in room 329 mattress was very noisy like the springs were broken very uncomfortable night. Very disappointed with the Hilton Service provided second night was moved to room 318 the bed was two piece's mattress zipped together very uncomfortable night very disappointed with the high-class name of hilton Doubletree third night moved again to room 218. The mattress was a little bit better, but there was a odor in the room also the door which was hooked closed, opens automatically like there’s a ghost in the room. Very disappointed with Oda and experience at the Hilton Doubletree Glasgow. very disappointed with this experience had to leave the hotel one day before because of all the problems you have spilt my experience in Glasgow you have cost me money, pay and bad experience due to your inconsiderate hotel.
