“The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP. We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us. Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place! We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. ”

“Parking great! Breakfast is okay. Yogurt cereal boiled eggs and bagels. Nothing fresh but okay. The rooms had bugs but i guess it might be normal since they are “cabins” looking rooms”

“Breakfast was disappointing. Seveeal of our party asked for fruit snd were told there was none. Then someone got a parfait yogurt bkfst complete with strawberries and blueberries. When we said there is the fruit iur waitress said no, that. Is strawberries and blueberries. No one was given fruit. Then we noticed a team buffet had about a gallon of fresh cut fruit-we still got no fruit. One of our party who ordered with me got his meal as I finished eating mine”

“In all honesty we won't be back. The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...

“Everything was immaculate and the sound of the river from the patio was delightful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our family getaway. ”

“Affordable, clean older building, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice clean pool. Broken hot tub was disappointing. Only complaint would be no working hot tub otherwise great. And older dated smaller tvs. This place for the price point was as good as other places I've paid almost twice as much for per night. Thumbs up. Call and ask about the hot tub in the future. Who doesn’t like a good hot tub? ”

“Hotel basico un po fuori dal centro di Estes. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, si di OK, colazione BASIC (caffè + dolcetti confezionati). Personale gentile. OK per prezzo non esagerato (per Estes).”

“La struttura è andata oltre le aspettative. la stanza era molto grande e con anche un tavolino e due sedie. Molto pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo anche piacevolmente scoperto che a disposizione c'era una cucina comune”

“It is a nice place to stay. The room is a good size and the larger dorm fridge and microwave are good. There is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. It is very close to south entrance of Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park. Only quirk is the WiFi was rarely “connected” or working during my 4 night stay. It kept saying reset server modem. ”
