“The staff were great, really helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay even better than expected. The views were amazing and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of food and the local menu was delicious. The road leading up to the hotel is pretty rough and our driver struggled in his little car. Other than that, we were very pleased overall and would stay here again. ”

“Mary and Steve were exceptional hosts and their two children were great as well. They were very accommodating and had a beautiful property to stay on. They very much open up their homes and are willing to share it as much as possible.”

“The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I have been calling Hotel.com but have not responded. I hope that hotel. Upon seeing this comment, com will follow up and pay the hotel owner’s...

“The house manager changes almost everyday and so is the service level. We stayed for 3 nights and the first senior manager was excellent to accommodate our needs, including the thermometer that I needed to check my fever. The second manager had difficulty to understand English first of all.
We were shown first to the room on the 1st floor. There was construction going on in the backyard which was noisy. So, we asked to change the room after half an hour. The new room on the 2nd floor was good...
