Our charming house, along with the apartment, offers a total of 6 rooms, designed to provide comfort and convenience during your stay. Among them, you will find 3 rooms with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends, and 3 rooms with double beds for a full night's rest.

Each room is carefully furnished and equipped with quality bedding to guarantee a restful night's sleep. In addition, we have 4 full bathrooms, ensuring the comfort and privacy of our guests.

It also boasts spacious common areas, including a cozy dining room where you can enjoy delicious meals, 3 living rooms to relax and share special moments, and a main lounge where you can spend pleasant afternoons by the fire.

1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: From 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
If you need to modify these times, please consult us in advance.

2. Number of Guests
The accommodation is booked for the number of people indicated in the reservation. No additional guests or parties are allowed.

3. Respect for the Neighborhood
Respect the tranquility of the surroundings, especially during resting hours (from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
Avoid making loud noises.

4. Use of Facilities
Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and other equipment.
Report any damage or problems that arise during your stay immediately.
Towels and linens are for use in the accommodation only.

5. Cleaning and Trash
Keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash in the appropriate containers according to recycling regulations.
If you use the kitchen, leave everything clean after use.

6. Prohibitions
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
