“The location is phenomenal and the view is greatUnfortunately the coffee machine was dirty and moldy when we arrived.The dishwasher was full with dirty cups.There were plenty of deadbugs on the basement floor.Under the beds was dirty and dusty.1 bathroom was completely out of order There were no ceiling fans like the listing says so the house was simply hot every dayThe garbage and recycling bins outside were already full when we arrived.”

“Beautiful house and huge lawn .. leading to stairs to the water. Enjoyed the fire pit , deck and screened in eating area. Beds comfy and bedding nice. Kitchen well equipped.”

“Wonderful vacation property, bright and clean. Responsive hosts. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Loved that the master was away from all the other rooms. Quick drive to Cavendish for golf and the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Very well equipped. Used both the pool and the hot tub which were maintained several times during the week by property management. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend and would stay again with a large group. ”
