- Located on the eastern edge of the Peak District National Park, the property sits in the owner’s mature grounds just a short walk from the local pub. With spectacular birdlife, far reaching views and a thriving local community, Turnditch has plenty to offer.
As you enter the property, you walk straight into the large open-plan kitchen. With cream units and modern appliances against a wall of windows, this is a relaxing and stylish place to prepare your meals. A tiled floor stretches the length of this cottage which has the luxury of underfloor heating and the sitting and dining area sits under an impressive vaulted ceiling, which is adorned with a warm rug and comfortable sofas. The inviting bedroom has a high ceiling and king sized double bed and has been decorated in neutral shades with a pretty watercolour painting to induce a calming atmosphere. Next door there is a modern and high-spec shower room with a large walk in cubicle.
Outside, a small seating area can be found just outside the front door and next to a selection of pretty plant pots, perfect for your morning coffee. Venture a little further and you will find a secluded garden shared with the owner in which to enjoy some sun and take in the stunning valley views.
