“Lovely property in countryside attached to a very well maintained golf course. No bath robes, slippers or safe in the room which I would have expected for a hotel of this type and price point. Very clean and well looked after. Helpful, pleasant local staff.”

Just a few minutes’ drive from the Tramway Museum, or a lovely 40-minute walk along the canal to the Hurt Arms in Ambergate. In the end, we were sorry that we were only staying the one night; wish we could have stayed longer. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Derbyshire!”
