If management/ownership were to take the time/effort/money to repair, maintain, and improve staff then this would be a hidden gem I couldn’t wait to return to. Maintenance. Tons of things were either broken or half done. Stairs not fully finished, broken floors, ancient chairs, the alarm light was even going off on their ATM. And good luck getting the internet to work. “We usually stay at O’hare which is a very old but vintage property. The Gibson is our new go to. The property has been renovated with a modern but ecliptic and clean style. The staff was top notch. We were served either a red wine or a local brew upon check in. You also order breakfast at check in with a delivery time the next morning. You can order hot cookies and milk to be delivered for a snack. We had a king room that was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate...
