“The main problem was to communicate with the staff. They know only their own language. At least people at the front desk should be able to follow English.”

“The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was in a part of town away from the touristy places. But that’s my fault. I obviously didn’t do my research. The area that the hotel was in was a place where almost no one spoke English. Again, my fault - not the hotel’s fault. They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor.
