“A wonderful place with beautiful views!”

“We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered.”

“This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Moldy bathroom, broken couch, filthy bedding and pillows. Food splattered all of walls and lamp shade. I left and was promissed they would approve my Expedia refund. They ignored Expedia's phone calls and emails. I have sent them text, emails and tried to call. I was also ignored.
