Warm house with refined decoration, very bright, on the Étel estuary, enjoying breathtaking views of the Nichtarguer house and the island of Saint-Cado on every floor. On the ground floor the main room is traversed with, on one side, an open kitchen to the living room and on the other side, a south-facing and sheltered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, numerous kitchen utensils, and a large set of dishes. On the first floor are the bathroom (shower and washer-dryer) with separate toilet, a bunk bed room, and a bedroom with a view of the estuary that can be arranged as an office or a single or double bedroom. On the second floor, there is a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), with double exposure and a view of the estuary, as well as a desk area. Each room has closets to store personal belongings. Quality bedding, sheets, and towels provided. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Wifi available throughout the house, wireless music system, toy box. The south-facing terrace, perfectly sheltered from the wind (which can sometimes blow in Brittany!), with a large dining table (8/10 people) and a barbecue, completes the house. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed. The house is located in an exceptional environment, 50m from the beach (canoe rental possibilities) and close to hiking trails. The village is 2.5km away with many shops and a supermarket.
