My heat was not working in my room. The front desk worker told me that they would flip the breaker. The heat started to work. I went to bed and woke up and my room was 50 degrees. The heat stopped working again over night. I again told the front desk that the heat was not working. They said they would flip the breaker again, the heat started to work. I was told that they would not compensate me because they flipped the switch and it came back on. They said I should have told them sooner. The front desk worker showed little concern that my room was 50 degrees. I paid for heat and should have had heat.
