“The cottage was just perfect for our weekend stay. It was spotless inside & the bed was very comfy. Grocery store was close by too. We enjoyed choosing a movie from the huge CD library. Might be a little old school now, but we loved it! Joe responded quickly to messages sent. Cant wait to stay again.”

“It was a very nice room. Hudson was a very sweet dog. The view was decent, better than most hotels. When I was planning my stay, the forecast was normal for Santa Cruz, even the day before I went, the forecast was 67. However the actual high was over 80, which with the western facing windows meant this room was very warm. It would be nice to have an AC unit available for these warm days, but I knew there was no AC before booking.”

The home is clean, furnished nicely and stocked well. Josh, owner easy to work with and on his own reached out to inquire if we’d like a late check out. We also were able to check in early. Definitely would stay here again next year.”

“The house is old and small but very clean. Great location and neighborhood. Easy walk to the marina, beach or restaurants. Never had to drive on the highway to get to the Boardwalk. The home is well furnished for your needs. Some of the cooking pans need updating. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.”

“A perfect get away for you and your spouse. This home has everything you need to escape reality. We loved watching the sunset in the hot tub and climbing the hill in the morning to watch the sun rise and fog roll over the hills. The home was very clean and well thought out to make your stay easy. My only suggestion would be better seating inside for cold or rainy days. Not a lot of room to eat inside or sit in a cozy chair to relax. Other than that it was PERFECT!! Quick drive to several...
