The community borders Avenida las Palmeras, which has numerous restaurants, including the owners' favorite Da Checco&Paola, which offers Italian food and Argentine steaks. McDonald's can also be found.
Across from Pueblo Evita on Av. las Palmeras is a large Mercadona supermarket.
The beach (Santa María, the area's best) is about 400 meters away. Beach chairs can be rented there. A pedestrian walkway is located right by the sea. A pleasant walk along the beach leads to Benalmádena's praised marina (Puerto Marina). The pedestrian walkway has numerous restaurants and the marina also has shops.
There is a taxi stand on Av. las Palmeras. Buses from the beach road (Avenida del Sol) go to Torremolinos, Fuengirola, and Málaga. The nearest train station is in Arroyo de la Miel, about a kilometer away. From there, there are good connections to Fuengirola, Málaga airport, and Málaga city center.
The surrounding area has several golf courses, with the nearest being the respected Torrequebrada Golf.

Pool schedule and calendar subject to community decision. The dates we have provided are guidelines and subject to change. No complaints will be accepted regarding this matter.
Pueblo Evita does not have an elevator or access for the disabled. No complaints will be accepted regarding this matter.
Pueblo Evita only has street parking, subject to availability.

Benalcoast Properties has no decision-making authority over this service and receives no official notification in the event of changes. Therefore, we are not responsible for changes to the calendar or opening hours, whether due to the community's decision or any other circumstance beyond our control.
The dates indicated are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. The pool's opening is only guaranteed until the end of August.
