The Space
The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from the beach on the famous Avenida de las Palmeras.

BEDROOM
The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm), with a dresser, nightstands, and lamps, outlets on either side of the bed, and a built-in closet. It features a large window overlooking the hotel pool.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a sofa bed (140 cm), a flat-screen TV with a side table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a modern coffee table, and a window overlooking the hotel’s pools.

KITCHEN
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, oven, and refrigerator.

BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and sink with a cabinet. You’ll also find a shower mat and towels.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes from Puerto Marina and downtown Arroyo de la Miel.

Santa Ana Beach is a 3-minute walk away.
