The Space

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom features a spacious and comfortable double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), where you can rest as if you were at home, two nightstands with lamps, a power outlet near the bed, and a built-in closet. It also features a ceiling fan, blinds, and a heater (available only in winter).

The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a nightstand with a lamp, a power outlet near the bed, and a built-in closet. It also has a ceiling fan and a blind.

BATHROOMS

In the bathroom, you’ll find a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. You’ll also find a shower mat, a hair dryer, and towels.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and everything you need for cooking. You’ll also have a built-in closet with an iron and ironing board.

LIVING ROOM
In the living room, you’ll find a spacious 140-cm sofa bed, a Smart TV, a desk with a chair for working from home, a dining area separate from the living room, and a large glass door leading out to the terrace, which is sunny in the morning and offers ocean views.

The property features heating and cooling air conditioning in the living room area, and excellent Wi-Fi (private internet connection within the apartment).

TERRACE
The terrace is furnished with a dining table for four, where you can enjoy the morning sun or cool summer nights.

The apartment is located in a gated community just a few meters from El Bil Bil Beach and features a swimming pool, tennis court, communal parking, and beautiful gardens.

At the entrance to the gated community, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The bus stop is 100 meters away. The airport is 10 kilometers away, and the train station is 1.9 kilometers away.
