The features of the house include terracotta floors, wooden-beam ceilings, wooden doors and windows, wrought iron railings and solid ceramic tiles. These materials provide a rustic atmosphere, which mixes perfectly with the natural environment that surrounds the house.

The spacious house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining-living room with fireplace and two sofas. One of them is a sofa bed, where two more people can sleep. The first floor welcomes two bedrooms with two single beds each, and another bathroom with bathtub. The house is provided with microwave, fridge freezer, electric radiators, satellite TV and internet access.

Outside the villa, you can enjoy the private swimming pool, prepare delicious specialities on the BBQ on the terrace and enjoy wonderful evenings with your family. Meanwhile, rejoice in the spectacular views of the Lake Viñuela, the Natural Park of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama and over several white villages in the area.

Inside the property, you will find a private parking space. The access to the villa is made possible by a 500 mt-long unpaved lane.
