“This is not a 5 star property and food was terrible they dont event call you for prebooked breakfast or dinner for which you already paid 8k for and the pool had broken tiles which ican be very dangerous and also not worth 34k/night over priced and not worth staying ”

“Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “Excellent hospitality. Shuttle service for to and fro from varca is seamless. Would definitely prefer them as my first preference for stay in south goa. Also the food was too good. Couldn't find something to complain about.”
