Questa casa ben arredata si trova perfettamente all'interno della popolare comunità Sunriver. A breve distanza dal fiume Deschutes, dal Fort Rock Park, dal parco acquatico SHARC, dal Sunriver Resort e dal Sunriver Village. Goditi una visita alle scuderie e al Deschutes River Sunriver Marina, che include un varo e un parco. Immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio, bbq sul ponte posteriore, gioca a ping-pong o biliardino in garage, gioca a canestro sul vialetto, noleggia e vai in bici su tutte le piste ciclabili e percorsi di Sunriver, oppure usa i 12 pass SHARC ~ tu ' sei sicuro di goderti il tuo soggiorno!

17 Duck Pond è una casa a 2 piani con cucina, zona pranzo, soggiorno, angolo colazione e 2 master suite situate al piano superiore. Al piano inferiore ci sono 2 master suite aggiuntive (un bagno principale ha accesso dalla hall), una camera da letto a castello e una camera familiare. La camera familiare dispone di TV, giochi e accesso alla nuovissima vasca idromassaggio e al barbecue propano. Una culla portatile e seggiolone portatile sono in casa per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. Balconi e ponti coperti e scoperti circondano questa casa per una fantastica vita interna / esterna.

Il centro acquatico e fitness, noto anche come SHARC, dispone di una piscina interna ed esterna, fiume lento, scivoli d'acqua, colline slittate (gradi diversi) e altro ancora. La casa include pass SHARC "Uso illimitato" per 12 ospiti. I pass danno accesso allo SHARC (piscine interne ed esterne), ai campi da tennis dei proprietari Sunriver e al nuovo porto turistico dei proprietari Sunriver.

Sunriver è il paradiso ricreativo dell'Oregon centrale, dove è possibile praticare golf, sci, snowboard, racchette da neve, motoslitte, sci di fondo, slittino, equitazione, trekking, pesca a mosca, tennis, nuoto in due piscine, rafting, canoa, kayak su decine di corsi d'acqua e fiumi, mountain bike e mountain bike su percorsi e sentieri illimitati, sci nautico, canottaggio e vela su molti dei laghi all'interno delle aree ricreative di Cascade Lakes.

Great house with bedrooms and baths for three generations. Since skiing was unavailable for most of our stay, we used the kitchen, hot tub and games. Christmas decor was a nice addition!

Check-in was super easy and communication was responsive. We had no issues with the house. Clean, lots of good quality beds, would have liked pillows that weren’t so flat but hey, that’s a small issue overall. The rec cards were a nice added bonus though they did not include the fitness center which was disappointing. Super pleased w the home and process.

Great house for a family reunion of 3 generations. So many extras we dont usually find in a rental. Fully equipped kitchen including blender and crockpot. Even a bike trailer for our Littles. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great house! We were two families with 6 kiddos and this home was incredibly spacious. I say "home" because that is exactly how it felt. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need for cooking meals, as were the bathrooms with soap, shampoo, etc..., and the laundry room with detergent and cleaning supplies. We were very impressed with the comfort and organization of this home.Communication with Bridgette was easy and she was very responsive- even on weekends. The only drawback is having to report damages you see upon arrival. It's impossible to see everything during your first walkthrough on the first night. And there were some things we didn't notice until the last day of our trip- the chip on the microwave plate for example.... small things that don't alter the stay, but still there. That being said, I can understand the reason for the policy.... Hopefully, though, there is some grace there.We will definitely be booking here again.

Spacious House in Beautiful Sunriver

We loved this house! It had plenty of room for three families (12 people total), with lots of fun activities like the hot tub, table tennis, fooseball, and bikes. The bike trailer was especially helpful for the youngest child.

another great stay!

we have started in this house several times. It was super for our 3 generation gathering prior to Christmas. Everyone loved all of the Christmas decorations and tree. They made us get it the holiday spirit. Kitchen is easy to cook in. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy access to the mountain for skiing.

Great house for the entire family

What a great place to spend thanksgiving week for the our whole family. We each had our own rooms with bathrooms. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to make a great thanksgiving dinner. Host was very responsive. We had a great time riding bikes along the river, swimming at the pool, and watching football.

Family Summer Vacation at Sunriver

House was great and came stocked with bicycles for everyone. The bicycles made everything at Sunriver accessible and fun. Shark passes to the water park were great. So much to do at Sunriver hope to be back!

Second stay in this great house

Perfect stay for three generations of family members. About a 20 min bike ride (cruiser bikes are available)to the Sharc (don't forget your included passes!) and a 10 bike ride to Fort Rock with a playground and tennis/pickle ball courts. We stayed at the house during a hot spell, but there were plenty of fans to cool the house down in the evening. Two decks worked great for eating and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ worked perfectly for cooking for the entire group. Loved the stay!

Annual SR Trip

We stay at SR every year between Christmas and New Years, so we have stayed at a lot of different places. This house was great for our large group (9 adults). The only comments would be the third bedroom with a king-size bed is oddly located where you have to go through the bunk room to get there so we put all the adult kids in that area of the house. The beds were all very soft and could probably benefit from being flipped or rotated. The shower in the upstairs master didn't work well - BUT I mentioned it to Brittany and told her we didn't need it fixed for our stay. She was EXTREMELY responsive. The house had everything we needed and it was a nice walk to the Village. We appreciated the bikes, which the kids were able to ride around since there wasn't any snow. Overall, it was great for us.

Christmas 2023

Our family had an amazing trip to Sunriver for Christmas. The house at 17 Duck Pond Lane was large enough to easily accommodate us, our kids and their families. The well stocked kitchen made big family meals easy. A great location that was a quick walk to fort rock park.

Great time in a spacious home. The kitchen was well stocked which was a bonus. It’s a short walk to the beautiful Deschutes. Very affordable. Can’t miss!!!

Perfect home for large family gathering

This home was perfect for 3 generations and 11 people. There was a lot of very usable space. The kitchen was well equipped. The decks and extra tables made it easy to have meals outside. Bridget responded quickly when there were small issues and was quick to get them fixed. The location was perfect. The house is on a quiet street. Plenty of parking on the driveway with room for the kids to play basketball or bike. It was a short bike ride to the SHARC (passes included) and the village. The cruiser bikes and kid trailer made it easy to take advantage of all of the activities.

Fabulous home. Very spacious - beautifully decorated. Lots of room for 3 generations of family. We made so many precious memories during our stay in this beautiful home. Really appreciated the 8 bikes and pool passes. Great location on a quiet street.

No ac. Hard to stay cool

There is no AC in property. The provided solution it ati shut everything during day and open at night. First night was miserable. We arrived at 4pm and it was 84 degrees in the house. Gets cold in bend at night. Open all windows and finally cool enough to sleep at 2am. Wake up at 8-9am and house is to cold for most of our party but we don’t dare close anything. By 4-5 pm heat inside is manageable but we didn’t want to cook as that would make it even hotter. So hot evening and cold mornings. Perfect temp for an hour or so in middle of the night…. Other than that good house setup mostly. One of the suites is only accessible by going through bunk bed room or directly from outside. Made it a pain for the teen girls to sleep in as adults back and forth to access room. Last but not least we were charged 50$ for missing toilet paper holder which was never there. My brother who stayed in that room and used that bath is a home appraiser and noticed little things. He mentioned on second day it was odd tp holder missing. Not super happy with management company. We called on arrival and. No answer. Would stay elsewhere next visit.

Great House For Large Groups

Large home in a great location. Near the river, easy access to all Sun River's amenities without being crowded in. Plenty of room for all, even when we were in the same space. Not an updated property but very comfortable, and good reports on all the beds. Nice to have use of the SHARC passes, ping-pong and foosball tables in the garage, hot tub, toddler books and toys, and the cruisers for town and park visits. Note - It has a fireplace connecting the kitchen/dining with the living room, which is probably awesome in the winter. It was hot (80's) and I was nervous about no air conditioning, but opening up the windows at night cooled the whole place down for the next day. Nice to have fresh air coming in as well. We wouldn't have used AC if it was available. One funky thing - to get to the downstairs primary bedroom, you have to go through the bunk bedroom. Since there were adults in these rooms, it was a bit awkward, however there is an exit to outside from the primary, so those early risers could go outside and around without disturbing the bunkers. Overall, this was a great house and made it easy to spend time with family!

Dudes Ski Week at Sun River and Bachelor

Group of 8 Dudes adults (60+ yrs) from Seattle on "hall-pass" from our partners. Skiing each day was fantastic - new snow! The house was big enough that we could all have a bed to ourselves. We did a lottery the first night to see who would get the premier suites. Everyone was happy with where we ended up. Kitchen was great for cooking each night with a large dining room table we could all sit at and recap the day and enjoy our meal. TV worked well for following a couple of basketball games. Hot tub a plus. Lots of fun. Enough space to avoid clutter and keep clean. Looking forward to returning in the future!
