    Si prega di venire e godere la nostra casa durante il soggiorno a Sunriver. Rilassatevi e godetevi gli aggiornamenti recenti di questa casa che includono nuova moquette, lastra di granito, un camino a gas, nuovi arredi, e tre televisori a schermo piatto, non dimenticate di portare i vostri Blu-ray e DVD preferiti. Il lettore Blu-ray nella stanza di famiglia al piano di sopra. La connessione Internet wireless incluso pure.
    Avere un barbecue con la famiglia sul ponte posteriore, o godersi il sole del pomeriggio sul ponte anteriore. Fate un tuffo nella vasca idromassaggio per coronare la notte mentre i bambini giocano biliardino, o air hockey.
    Ci sono tre camere da letto al primo piano, una con un letto king size, e due con regine. Le due camere al piano superiore sono dotate di letti a castello in stile piramide con un ulteriore divano letto letto al piano di sopra pure. Si prega di notare che la capienza massima per la nostra casa è di 12, che viene compresi tutti i membri del suo partito.

    Home include anche l'uso di sette biciclette, tre adulti incrociatori spiaggia, un adulto mountain bike, due biciclette BMX per bambini, e una scuola materna moto dimensioni sporco, per la guida i percorsi Sunriver.

    VRBO / HomeAway è l'unico posto pubblicizzare la nostra casa, si prega di guardare fuori per i truffatori su siti come Craigslist.

Good stay

House comfortable but could use some updates. Curtain rods prone to falling off. Hot tub lid impossibly heavy in tight space requiring two people to open/close it. Decks need maintenance. Cruiser bikes provided, but chains kept derailing. Bathroom soap & shampoos would be appreciated. We could have used more dishwasher pods.

Great stay on Lupine Lane

Check-in was smooth, and we had plenty of room for the five of us. The location provided easy access to the Sunriver Village and to travel to Mt. Bachelor. Thank you Jonathan for responding quickly when we had any issues.

Family fun

We really enjoyed this rental. We loved the design of the house and the skylights. It was super cozy near the fireplace and the kids loved the stairs to the play zone upstairs. There were plenty of comfy spots to sleep and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. It was about a 10 minute walk to Fort Rock Park. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Sunriver

We had a great time staying at Johnathans home. It was perfect for three small families. We had space fir the adults to hang out at and for the kids. What made our stay even more special was that it snowed that weekend so it made the location so beautiful. There were however some minor aesthetics that should be fixed. First, there were some rails on the stairs that weren't stable which made it worrisome for my toddler to go up and down on his own. The picture frame by the stairs wasn't too secured. Lastly the bunk bed in the bedroom on the right was wobbly, my friends son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it. I think once these gets fixed more renters can enjoy the space.

Nice House in Sunriver

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house was nice since we were a group of 3 couples and 4 kids. The kids got the upstairs while each couple had their own room downstairs. We’ve stayed several places in Sunriver and this location wasn’t bad but is right off of one of the main roads so there was some street noise and lack of privacy while out on the back deck. The house had a hottub and provided bikes which was nice but it wasn’t as stocked as other rentals we’ve had in Sunriver. For example, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided or paper towels. I understand that those things aren’t required but it would have been nice.

Family reunion

Jonathan, the property owner was prompt in all correspondence. He was very honest about the accommodations as we were wary of potential hot temperatures and no air conditioning. Fans are provided and temperatures cool at night so he had recommendations for keeping the house at a comfortable temperature. This was perfect for us. It is close to so many activities and destinations. It had everything that we needed. We felt that the carpet needed cleaning to meet an excellent standard. Two of the outdoor chairs had welds that were broken on the right arm.

Spring Break

Jonathan was quick to respond to questions or concerns. We came to Sunriver/Mt. Bachelor for part of our spring break. It was a great location for spring skiing (Mt. Bachelor) but was also great for bike riding along the paths around Sunriver. The house was spacious; more than enough room for a family of 5. We spent a great deal of time in the hot tub, so that was a great added feature to the home.

Great for families

While we arrived to a cleaning schedule mishap, the owner responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. House had all the basics covered and kids enjoyed the loft with foosball (air hockey puck was missing). TV was very basic SD cable, bring your own Firestick/Roku etc. if you want better content. Overall enjoyed our stay and happy the weather was great for several bike rides.

Great home with comfy furniture, hot tub and washer and dryer. Loved the passes to the SHARC!

We had a great time! The home was clean except the stand up showers had a disgusting amount of mold. (Yuck!)There are three bathrooms but we could only use one due to the state of the others. The house would be nice if the owner would replace the stand up showers.

Enjoyable Stay

We were a group of 5 older cyclists and the house worked well for us. We each had our own bedroom. The owner was always responsive in a very short time and was accommodating to changed we made.
