Luxury Family Retreat with Arcade, Hot Tub & Firepit

Located in the high end community of Caldera Springs, 18223 Basalt Lane is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. Perfect for large groups and retreats, this 3,935 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 14 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Inside this executive home you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents and high end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

• A chefs dream kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including chef grade stove and refrigerator
• An expansive dining room table that can accommodate 12 guests with additional seating at the counter
• A large living room featuring 25' high ceilings, a large flat screen TV, and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy primary king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, private entry to hot tub, attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, large soaking tub and oversized walk-in closet
• A second king suite in located downstairs with a TV, and a luxurious attached bathroom
• A third downstairs king suite with a TV, and luxurious attached bathroom
• A spacious upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a sitting area
• Upstairs built-in bunk room with a tv, and two pyramid bunk beds- Sleeps up to six people
• Upstairs bonus room with a built-in bar, TV, and arcade table
• Large outdoor patio with an in-ground hot tub, BBQ, firepit, and patio furniture
