Per favore, vieni e goditi la nostra casa all'estremità settentrionale di Sunriver. La casa si trova a nord di Fort Rock Park e Tennis Hill. Passeggiata al parco, pallacanestro, campo da baseball, campo da beach volley, campi da tennis e da pickleball. I campi da tennis possono essere visti attraverso gli alberi dal nostro ponte posteriore. La nostra casa è su un cerchio con otto case; perfetto per i bambini che vanno in bicicletta.

La nostra casa su due livelli offre 3500 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale, che comprende 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni, 2 camere familiari, una sala da pranzo / soggiorno e una cucina aperta su una camera familiare.

La camera familiare al piano inferiore ospiterà i bambini con la propria TV per giochi e film. C'è una PS3 collegata a un Fire Stick TV.

Il retro della casa offre un ponte superiore con accesso dalla cucina / sala da pranzo, camera familiare e camera matrimoniale. Il patio coperto sottostante ha accesso dalla camera familiare al piano inferiore e con le scale dal ponte superiore.

La vasca idromassaggio si trova su un ponte su due livelli ed è facilmente accessibile dalla camera familiare al piano inferiore, dalla camera matrimoniale e dalla camera familiare superiore.

Area giochi: il garage è finito (non riscaldato o AC) e ha calcio balilla, tavolo da ping pong, air hockey, forno a microonde, mini-frigo, divano e sedie. Un GRANDE spazio per i bambini. Ci sono anche tre biciclette per adulti, 1 bici per bambini, una roulotte (adatta per 2 bambini) e un passeggino.

Nessuno spazio nel garage per le auto

Ci sono molti libri, giochi da tavolo, puzzle, racchette da tennis, palline da tennis, pallacanestro e DVD per il tuo divertimento. Per i più piccoli c'è un seggiolone, un seggiolino, una penna da gioco e un passeggino per ombrelli.

Our stay had both positive and negative issues at this location. On the positive side it fit our family's needs perfectly with just the right number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and family rooms to accommodate all of us in once location. We enjoyed the large garage and especially the air hockey table as well as the swings and deck for outdoor meals. The bicycles were in good shape and we used a couple of them.On the negative side, the home is in need of some upgrades and TLC as it is heavily worn. The kitchen had multiple broken drawers and were difficult to open and close. The automatic ice maker did not work and we had to fill ice cube trays multiple times a day in order to keep up with the need for cold drinks in the warm weather! The jetted tub in the Master Suite did not work. We didn't have enough kitchen towels and had to do laundry every night in order to have clean dish rags and hand towels the next day. There was no laundry detergent to accommodate that requirement, so had to buy some at the local store in order to meet the laundry requirements before checkout. One of the SHARC passes was missing and I reported it to the owner and did not receive a response until the day we left...the missing pass required us to purchase entry for one of our party each time we used the facility at 30 a day. The slow communication once we arrived was disappointing.Otherwise, we had a wonderful time in Sun River and hope to return as a family once again.

Perfect Home for large group

We loved this house. There were 9 of us and everyone had their own space. It was spacious and everyone could do different things in different spaces.Lots of fun games in the garage, great bikes and multiple board games upstairs - so much to do. Stocked with enough dishes, glasses and silverware for all of us. Great location as we could walk to Fort Rock!We absolutely loved it.

Spring ski trip

Nice home with a great layout and separation of space with downstairs living room. Bedroom sizes were roomy, and beds were comfy. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub, BBQ, and game room were great!

Great place for a crowd

We've stayed at SR between Christmas and New Year's for more than 20 years in a row. This was a nice place that was able to accommodate our group of adults. It was very clean. The upstairs space was a bit broken up to allow for seating for all of us at once but the downstairs was great. The only reason for the downgrade was the age of the appliances in the kitchen. And if you're a tea drinker, you'll need to bring your own teapot or electric kettle! Overall, great house and great location.

This house is wonderful for family fun. We were able to spread out as needed due to three living spaces! (ie, teenagers had their own hang out space on the bottom floor!) Nicely equipped kitchen too.

Amazing return

This is a perfect home for a family vacation. The space gives everyone privacy yet togetherness with each other. Hot tub amazing. Bikes wonderful. Couldn't have had a better place for family time. This is our 2nd stay here and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great house for a multi-generation vacation!

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 10 including grandparents and grandkids. There was plenty of space for us to gather together to play a game or watch the Olympics but also plenty of room to spread out for separate activities. The beds were very comfortable and overall everything was wonderful. We were hoping to be a little closer to the park, we could see if but little legs in our group had a hard time making the walk back after playing so we opted for the short drive.

Annual family trip

This house is perfect for our 6 adults and 6 kids. The three separate living areas are great for accommodating everyone and our different activities. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is clean and comfortable. The deck and hot tub are perfect. This is our 2nd time at this house (we waited too long and couldn’t get it last year). Jennifer is a dream to work with. We have already booked for next year.

Super House for our family.

We had a very relaxing and fun five days at the house. House has all the amenities you need. It is close to everything we wanted in Sunriver. We had a problem with the air conditioning on one of the very hot days, but the property manager, Jennifer, got on top of it and had the air conditioning people over working on it on a couple of different occasions that day. Thank them for getting that going.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were very close to Ft Rock Park. The house is large and easily accommodated our group of 9.

Spring break fun for the family

Well equipped house with lots of room for everyone. My grandkids enjoyed the swings on the back patio! Being close to the park was nice as it was not too far to walk to and we went several times. Sharc passes were used every day and were appreciated. Only downside was the beds were hard. The adults ended up buying mattress toppers for the 3 king beds. My daughter said they could feel the springs in one of the king beds downstairs. Some people may like hard beds, we don’t. Nevertheless we had a great time.

Great Sunriver home

Absolutely amazing stay. Couldn't have found a better place. Questions asked and responded to wirhin a day. Perfect location, everything you would ever need. I have stayed in many VRBOS and this is the best. If we ever go back, we will definitely stay here again. Can't say enough positive things about this home.

Great Family Home

This house was perfect for grandparents, children and grandchildren. Lots of games, a garage full of games and even swings on the lower patio. The upper deck is large and private. It was all great.
