Your memory making vacation awaits at Sunriver Adventure Lodge. This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom (2 primary)/3.5 bath home is ideally situated in central Sunriver (near Circle 3) at 21 Quelah Lane. Sunriver Adventure Lodge is close to everything you, your family and guests want to experience; Village shopping and restaurants, bike paths, river trails, marina, SHARC (Sunriver Recreation—pool/waterslides and fitness center), nature center, Sunriver airport, world class golf courses, horse stables, and the breathtaking Deschutes River.

For winter stays, skiers and snowboarders will enjoy world class Mt. Bachelor an easy 20-mile drive away. The home also comes conveniently equipped with (10) SHARC passes (effective January 2022) so everyone can enjoy the waterpark and fitness center.

Come experience the quality and comfort of Adventure Lodge, with an ideal floor plan, spacious rooms and beautiful outdoor space. Perfect for one or more families, this outstanding home includes 2 primary suites, 1 queen room and a large bunk room with 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunks). Both primary suites have en-suite bathrooms and pull-out children’s beds. The bunk room has a TV/DVD player with an extensive DVD library. All rooms are tastefully decorated to celebrate Sunriver and the beauty of Central Oregon.

The Adventure Lodge boasts a spacious great room and well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, large dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, platters, glassware and small appliances for your memorable vacation gatherings. The comfortable great room includes a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV, exceptional sound system and comfortable furniture perfect for an evening in front of the fire, movie night, game night or simply relaxing after a fun-filled day.

The large back deck is perfect for outdoor dining, star gazing, and relaxing. An oversized private hot tub helps soothe tired muscles after a day filled with fun activities. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, gas BBQ, games, books, and puzzles. The massive 3 car garage is ideally loaded with quality bikes (4 kid/4 adult), sleds, and snow disks. An additional refrigerator is also conveniently located in the garage.

This home was absolutely perfect — beautiful, ideally located, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was so well-equipped that we never even touched the extras we usually bring along “just in case.” Thoughtful touches were everywhere — from extra bikes and hot tub towels to a great sound system and a lovely deck with plenty of seating. Every member of our family agreed this was the best place we’ve ever stayed in Sunriver, and we’ve been coming here for many years. We can’t wait to return!

Family stay at the Adventure Lodge

Great property, as advertised! Family reunion, and the house and location were perfect. Large, open floor plan. 2 king size master suites, 1 queen room, and one room with 2 bunks. Best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry had everything we needed. All super clean. Garage had a number of working bikes with helmets and locks. Hot tub was great after a long day out. Back patio with 2 nice tables and seating for 12, and a gas grill. House has central A/C and stayed nice and cool. Upstairs master suite had an additional portable unit as well. We would absolutely book this property again.

Wonderful!

Our family of 3 generations, age 7 to 76, stayed here in June. The house is large, and well-designed for good separation of bedrooms, and a great kitchen. The living / dining space is large and comfortable. It is in a quiet location, with good proximity to Nature center, Marina, Village, and SHARC. It was immaculate, and the kitchen was very well- equipped. Bikes were in good repair and worked for everyone.Our family agreed that this is the best rental we have stayed in with over 40 years of SunRiver visits.

Sunriver Family Vacation Rental

Our family of 3 stayed at this rental with another family for a baseball tournament for a total of 4 adults, 2 teens and a 10 year old. It was perfect for our 2 families. Perfect location, big house with lots of space, stocked kitchen, stocked toiletries, and even stocked cleaning supplies. Annie was so thoughtful in this vacation rental and thought of everything. Thanks for perfect stay!

Best VRBO experience

We loved our Sunriver experience in this home. We have stayed at many homes over the last 20 years and this was by far our favorite one. Annie’s attention to detail made the home very comfortable to stay in. Location was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location for families and grandparents

We had such a wonderful time in this house. Our son and daughter-in-law and four children stayed there for the week. The house was completely equipped and we had an awesome time! I love that there was grass around the property for the kids to play, plenty of bikes and a hot tub for us. It also had the right combination of bedrooms. We had a master and two secondary bedrooms downstairs where my son and daughter-in-law and their kids stayed. There’s an additional master bedroom upstairs as well so it really worked out well. Highly recommend it and we will probably go back again !

Amazing home in sunriver, flat, easy, peaceful bike rides to all the best of sunriver. Stocked with all the comforts of home, well appointed, plenty of nice dishes, utensils, cookware. Nice sheets, comfy beds. Loved this place.

Comfortable House, Great Biking Trails

Beautiful well kept home. Very clean yet cozy. Many personal touches and conveniences that we utilized throughout our stay. It was easy for us to cook all meals for two families, plenty of silverware, pots, and pans. The jacuzzi worked well and was even cleaned once midway through our stay. The biking trails were absolutely amazing and having bikes for us to use was so convenient. We were blown away by how many biking trails were in the immediate area! We spent all our days outside and could not have had a better vacation!!

Beautiful house, wonderful service!

We booked this home for a family reunion in Sunriver - we had 4 adults, a 10 year-old, 8-year old, 2-year old, and infant and the house was perfect for our crew. The host was so accommodating and attentive from booking throughout our stay (even offered to ship us a toy we had left in the home!). The house is beautiful and well-stocked with everything you might need (including baby crib, bikes for all ages/sizes, great cookware, awesome grill, spices for cooking, and extra dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.). Truly one of the most organized home rentals we have ever utilized. Highly recommend for your next visit to Sunriver!

Wonderful Experience

There are rare moments in vacation renting where you end up at a place that truly feels like a home. This was one of the rare times. The house has EVERYTHING you could ever need to support your trip to sparkling Central Oregon. since 2007 we come yearly- and this was the best house by far. Bravo to the owners who spent so much time getting everything just right.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was spacious and very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub and decks were great. Driveway and neighborhood were good for small kids to play. The location was an easy bike ride to Fort Rock Park, SHARC and the paths to the river and lodge.

Great property for a family vacation

My family has rented several properties in Sunriver for family vacations. This is one of the best. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for your stay in a great central location. From quality kitchen amenities to bikes, games, etc. Annie was delightful to work with and clearly cares about her guests enjoying their time in her vacation home. Great Sunriver Retreat

Our family travels a lot. It’s what we enjoy. Subsequently, we rent multiple vacation homes each year. This home stands out as one of the better homes we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. It was exceptionally clean, perfectly stocked, and overall exceeded our expectations. It appears this home is new to the market and is a real hidden gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale, well located Sunriver retreat.

Great home for family trip

Very nice, well appointed vacation home perfect for a few families. Two primary king bedrooms which is great. Hot tub was new and perfect. 8 bikes (4 adult and 4 kids) and close to bike trail. Nice large dining table for meals and games. Plenty of games and movies in the house. Very easy to communicate with owners and simple checkout procedures.
