This beautiful, desirable home is set on a private half acre adjoining Fort Rock park where kids can run free and play. With 6 bedrooms (including a 2 room family suite!) and twin loft, plus 4 bathrooms, it provides a relaxing retreat for up to **13 adults** and an additional 3 children in twin beds in adjoining rooms..

Relax and enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a wonderful home on desirable Shamrock lane. This home includes 10 complimentary SHARC passes, brand new hot tub with private enclosure, whole house A/C, Smart TV's, board games, Ping-pong, Arcade games, BBQ, as well as bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park.

THE TOUR:

The front living area welcomes you with a stone fireplace and soaring ceilings. Continue to the 2nd living room and game library with game table. Beyond, there is a large dining room leading to one of 5 large decks on the house where you can enjoy the morning sun, or shade in the afternoon.

Additionally, this house has a master on the main floor with a beautiful bathroom and access to the back deck with hot tub. There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Be ready for any meal or gathering with an abundance of appliances, cookware and dishes.

Upstairs are 5 bedrooms. A king family suite, with private bath and a bonus room with twin/trundle. And 3 additional King rooms, one of which has a a small bonus room that contains a twin bed to be used as a family suite. Both bonus rooms have heat and AC. Further upstairs you’ll find a loft room with 2 twin beds and smart TV.

The garage has space for ping pong, foosball, and 8 bicycles that will provide your group a great way to see Sunriver. The home has gas heat for a warm winter and Central AC to keep you cool in summer.

A short walk from the back door you will find the pickle ball courts of Fort Rock. Make a reservation and grab some complimentary paddles and enjoy!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as:

This property has exterior Ring devices and a NoiseAware noise monitoring system, NoiseAware does not record audio, but monitors noise levels to ensure our guests and neighbors enjoy their time in Sunriver.

Fully stocked kitchen and lots of space. Easy instructions, though somehow we were not sent a code which delayed our check in by about 20 minutes. Host was easy to get ahold of and remedied things right away. Ideal for a group of 10-12. Would be tight for 15 but doable if there are smaller children.

My family celebrated an early Christmas at this beautiful, family friendly home. Although there was no snow in Sunriver the kids found so much to do. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked. The kids took full advantage of the games and arcade. A very beautifully decorated Christmas tree helped make our experience magical.

We had such a wonderful time! The arcade games, game room and back deck were a huge hit with the kids and adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there is plenty of room for large groups. We really appreciated the SHARC passes and the bikes so we could take daily walks and bike rides to the park. Anthony was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We will for sure be back!

Great location for family activities at Sunriver

This home was great for our group of six adults and five kids! The location within the resort was perfect for us. Proximity to the pickleball courts meant lots of hours on the court for the four teenage boys. The park was also real close for younger kids. With the bikes and SHARC passes, getting to the pool or to the Village was a snap. Ping pong and arcade games at the house made for lots of fun together, too!The house itself was spacious enough for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen and grill allowed us to make almost all of our meals there without feeling like we had to eat out. Plenty of seating both inside and outside on the front or back decks. We truly felt at home for our week there. Anthony was also a great host, communicating clearly and quickly whenever we had a question. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful

This house in Sunriver was wonderful - plenty of space, very well-stocked kitchen, and fun location near the park. We did several spontaneous sunset pickleball family tournaments since it was so easy to just run over. The owners are super responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This house is large - plenty of room for us to gather together as well as find a quiet corner. Comfortable for adults and kid friendly (we had a 2 and4 year old plus 6 adults). Communication with owner is easy and prompt Second fridge in the garage was super helpful. Will keep this one on our list to return to

Great house and location! If you have littles this is the perfect place! Not only does it have great bedrooms for families with extra beds for the little kids but the park is so close, just a two minute walk. Everything worked, was fully equipped and clean. Definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable home that met all our needs and then some.

We loved this house. The location was close to the park and pickleball yet was very private. It accommodated our family well from my 80 parents who stayed on the ground floor master to the four other rooms all with King size beds upstairs. The family suit worked great for my son and his wife who had their two year old right next to them in the adjoining room with a twin trundle. The kitchen was well stocked as far as appliances and dishes go, we had everything we needed to make our dinners for everyone. Great house which made for a great stay!

Sunriver getaway

This house was the perfect landing pad for a ski vacation. Plenty of space for all who came and went throughout the week. Awesome kitchen that was a joy to make family style meals in. The hot tub although very deep was one of the best tubs at maintaining its heat and helped cure our stiff muscles after hitting the slopes or hiking or trail riding! We had a blast playing games in the atrium and the cozy game room too!

Great home in a wonderful location

My husband and I stayed at this home for 6 days. We enjoyed all that Sunriver and the Bend area had to offer and the home was comfortable, clean, well stocked. Anthony was super and stayed in touch with us, even alerted us on fire / smoke warning in the area. The home is right next to the pickleball courts in a beautiful park. We were in a pickleball clinic for 2 days, so the location was perfect. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with great appliances. Internet great also. Beautiful area with deer coming by back deck every morning to visit.

Family trip to 2 Shamrock

Our 3 generation family (and 1 dog) enjoyed our visit to 2 Shamrock. The home is on a quiet street, while being conveniently located to Fort Rock and the bike trials. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and cook any type of meal. There are 2 small bedrooms off the larger bedrooms, great for the smaller kids. We also appreciated the large dining room that we used for the adults, and a smaller dining table that we used for the kids. Everyone had a great time!

Nice house

This property is in a beautiful location and close to the Sunriver amenities. We loved the patio/deck areas. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Our kids enjoyed the game room. Some of the rooms were a little dark and we noticed a few light bulbs were out. The hot tub was very fun. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Sunriver Home

We really enjoyed our visit. The home is large and comfortable. The kitchen is a little small if you want to cook in a large group but it has everything you need. The communication with the owners was clear and easy. We had maintenance problem on the first morning and they responded and fixed it very promptly. If you are very light sleepers the noise from the nearby pickleball courts begins at 8 am and might be disturbing but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed being able to play a few times. The SHARC passes, bikes, ping-pong table, etc. were al great bonuses and helped us enjoy our vacation.
