Located in the high-end community of Caldera Springs, 56331 Mirror Rock Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. Perfect for large groups and retreats, this 3,383 sq. ft. home is enjoyable for up to 12 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a bonus room.

Inside this executive home you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with vaulted ceilings wood accents and high end finishes throughout. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

• A chefs dream kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and gas cooktop
• An expansive dining room table that can accommodate 12 guests with additional seating at the counter
• A large living room featuring a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• A roomy primary king suite with a TV, gas fireplace, private entry to hot tub and attached bathroom with a walk-in tile shower
• A second king suite in located downstairs with a TV, gas fireplace, and a luxurious attached bathroom
• A third downstairs king suite with a TV, and luxurious attached bathroom
• A fourth downstairs bedroom with a king bed
• Upstairs bonus room with a large TV, and two twin + trundle beds to sleep 4, and a connected bathroom
• Large outdoor patio with a hot tub, BBQ, and patio furniture
• An upstairs bedroom with a king bed and a TV.
• Three car garage with room for 2 cars, with a ping pong table. Up to four cars able to park in driveway

-This property provides 6 guest ID cards for access to Caldera amenities. Each card permits entry for 2 guests, with children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.

We all enjoyed the property, it was perfect for our group of 12. Caldera Springs is a lovely vacation spot, we hope to return.I would suggest moving the checkout time to 11:00. Ten is a bit too early. Having some kitchen counter cleaner would also be helpful.
