  • Located in north Sunriver, 8 Dutchman is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,391 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 8 guests.

    Additional features of this two-story home include.
    • Stunning back deck offers propane fireplace, barbecue, and comfortable furniture
    • Open living room featuring comfortable seating, flat screen TV, gas burning fireplace and large wraparound windows for lots of natural light and great views
    • Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen island and dining room table that seats six
    • Primary suite offers king bed, ensuite bathroom, and small private deck
    • Downstairs features a queen bedroom and kids' bedroom with two sets of twin bunks and flatscreen TV. They share full bathroom in hall
    • Downstairs also offers washer/dryer, access to 1 car garage and hot tub!

    In addition to its stunning interiors, you’ll find 8 Dutchman Lane offers.
