Located in north Sunriver, 8 Dutchman is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,391 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 8 guests.

Additional features of this two-story home include.
• Stunning back deck offers propane fireplace, barbecue, and comfortable furniture
• Open living room featuring comfortable seating, flat screen TV, gas burning fireplace and large wraparound windows for lots of natural light and great views
• Fully stocked kitchen with kitchen island and dining room table that seats six
• Primary suite offers king bed, ensuite bathroom, and small private deck
• Downstairs features a queen bedroom and kids' bedroom with two sets of twin bunks and flatscreen TV. They share full bathroom in hall
• Downstairs also offers washer/dryer, access to 1 car garage and hot tub!

In addition to its stunning interiors, you’ll find 8 Dutchman Lane offers. Whether lounging on the deck in the hot tub or grilling on the BBQ you and your guests can revel in the peaceful and beautiful landscape that is Sunriver.
