Fire up the wood stove and relax with games, puzzles, books, or one of the four Smart TV's featuring Roku Guest Mode (where you can sign in to all your subscriptions - Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney +, DirectTV, Xfinity, etc.) When you feel like an adventure, there are riverfront trails located right out your front door. Spend your days fishing, hiking, cross country skiing, mountain biking, or playing in the river, and nights snuggled by the wood stove or outdoor fire pit.
The outdoor area features a fenced side yard, paved driveway with a basketball hoop, fire pit, riverfront deck, hot tub, and a large chess set with amazing river views! The large driveway has ample space for your boat, RV, Snowmobiles, ATV’s, etc., making this cabin a great base camp for all your Central Oregon Adventures. Just a few minutes away is glacier-fed Fall River, which is world renowned for its stellar fly fishing and beautiful Falls that are a short 1/2 mile hike from the parking lot. Golf, shop, swim, dine and play in Sunriver 10 minutes from your front door step. Less than an hour’s drive gets you to all of the popular lakes in the Cascade range (Crescent, Cultus, Odell, Crane Prairie, Twin Lakes, Elk, Waldo, Lava, Wickiup to name a few). Mt. Bachelor is an easy 25 minute drive for some of the best skiing in the Pacific Northwest. This home is ideally located to take advantage of all that Central Oregon has to offer!
The cabin includes air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a washer and dryer. The three bedrooms are as follows: (1) Upstairs King master Bedroom with Private Deck, (2) Upstairs Bedroom featuring 2 Twins, a Queen bed and sofa, and (3) Downstairs Queen Bedroom with French Doors that open to the main deck and hot tub area. Please note that the staircase is very steep heading up to the second level and may not be appropriate for the elderly or toddlers (see pic).
The kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals, featuring stainless steel appliances, coffee pot and grinder, blender, crock pot, waffle iron, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The log dining table and furnishings create a cozy ambiance for your group meals and games.
The cabin sits directly on the Big Deschutes River. It is the last home on the street and adjacent to national forest land with trails for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and amazing scenery. Although the river is not accessible from the front of the cabin due to a steep embankment, the views from the riverfront deck are incredible and there is a river access trail right out the front door. A short 5 minute walk and you can be dipping your toes in the water!
We love our dogs and yours too! There is an additional pet fee so please let us know if your dog(s) will be vacationing with you.

The front door and garage door is equipped with a keyless entry system and the private hot tub is professionally maintained. The front door, hot tub and wifi codes will be provided in a welcome email sent approximately a week before your arrival.

Getting Around:
The property has a long, paved driveway with adequate parking for SUV's, boats, and RV's. The driveway and streets within the neighborhood are plowed during heavy snowstorms. Directions will be provided in a welcome email sent approximately a week before your arrival. The nearby Thousand Trails convenience store is about a 5 minute drive and has the basics. The closest grocery store is the IGA Country Store at 57100 Beaver Drive in Sunriver about 10 min north. If your drive in takes you through Bend, we recommend stopping at one of the many grocery stores there for better selection and prices.
