The home features an open-concept living space with a spacious living room designed for the whole family to unwind together. Enjoy plenty of games for everyone to enjoy, whether you're looking to relax inside or spend time outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area offer everything you need to create delicious meals, with seating for 6 and additional space at the bar for extra guests.



Step outside onto the back patio, where you’ll find a BBQ grill for cookouts, and a private hot tub—the perfect spot to relax and gaze at the stars after a busy day of exploring. With new flooring, new windows, and new bedding, the cabin feels fresh and inviting, providing the ideal atmosphere for a peaceful retreat.



Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in both the primary and second bedrooms, and a queen-sized bed in the third. Each room is beautifully appointed with high-quality linens, ensuring restful nights of sleep after a full day of activities.



For your convenience, 8 SHARC passes are included with the home in 2026, granting you access to the Sunriver Aquatic Center, just minutes away. Explore 35+ miles of paved bike trails that wind through Sunriver, or enjoy the use of the two bikes provided for your stay. For some indoor fun, the cabin is also equipped with ping pong and foosball for friendly competition.



This pet-friendly cabin welcomes your furry friends, with an XL dog crate available in the garage so your pup can join in on the adventure too! Getting Around:

Sunriver is famous for being extremely bike-friendly — most people get around this way. Sunriver has 34+ miles of paved bike and walking pathways that link neighborhoods, shops, restaurants, parks, the river, and more — all mostly separated from roads. These trails are ideal for bikes, scooters (non-motorized), walkers, joggers and Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes only. You can often bike to The Village at Sunriver, Nature Center, pools, restaurants, and around the resort without needing a car. Village Bike and Ski – Bike rental & ski shop is a partner with us and gives you 10% off rentals.

Beautiful House & Great Stay

We stayed her on our annual trip to avoid fireworks. The house was clean and very nice. My only complaint is the rather late check in time (5 or 5:30pm) and the early check out time (10am).
