“The room were clean for the most part. But you get what you pay for. The bed was clean as the bathroom. Floors could use some attention and mopped. There was no fan in the room and only had a small AC which kept the room cooled. Decoration was good looking I loved the glass and marble floors and decoration design.”

“Renato at the front desk he was awesome and kind.
The room is big enough but no so clean behind the bed super dirty, the little fridge dirty and sticky, the shower curtain was smelly like a towel that is wet and you let it sit for a long time with no air, the coffee maker dirty as well with old dirty water in the catch tray, the first day I asked for a cleaning and they took more then 5 hours to clean, second day my wife asked for house keeping and clean towels in the morning then we went out...

“Customer service great. My parents enjoyed the breakfast. Parking was Rough. and the Bedwas NOT comfortable nor were the pillows. Alas. Property was very clean. Housekeeping was ok. I asked for linens to be changed but they were not and I wish the trash cans were lined specially in the bathroom. ”

“This place definitely served its purpose as a place to stay because everywhere else was sold out but it did smell faintly like old cigarette smoke in the room, particularly when the AC or bathroom fan went on...and when I asked if all rooms were this way or if we could change they denied it at all and then said it must have been a cleaning agent that was used by house keeping?
