- 10-minute bike ride (5-minute drive) to the Sunriver SHARC water park.

- Double Lot with over .5 acre of space. Beautiful serene settings outdoors including 2 all weather patio tables with umbrellas

- Hot tub fully drained and refilled with fresh water between EVERY guest stay.

Indoor Space:
- Beds for 10 people
4 bedrooms (2 master suites (upstairs and downstairs), Upstairs master 1 King + Gas Fireplace + large office and sitting area, Downstairs Master 1 Queen, 1 downstairs bedroom w/ Full Bed, 1 downstairs bedroom with (2) twin size bunk beds (4 total beds)
- 2 separate living areas on main floor (living room + separate family room). Both with River Rock fireplaces!
- Ping Pong in Garage + 8 Fully Functional Bikes for Guest Use
- 3 Full bathrooms (2 Suite Bathrooms (upstairs + downstairs), 1 Full Bath Downstairs in hallway between Full Bedroom + Bunkbed Bedroom
- Open concept great room with newly updated kitchen, dining room, and family rom

Outdoor Space
- Hot tub fully drained and refilled with fresh water between EVERY guest stay!
- Large back deck with barbecue and lots of seating overlooking the secluded private open forest space. House has a rare double lot of over .5 acres!
- Excellent spaes for kids to play in the snow around the house.
- Picnic table with umbrella in side yard
- Large paver patio below deck + hot tub with large all weather outdoor table in primary backyard

Other Amenities
- 10 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included! These SROA passes also give guests access to winter activities like the sledding hill, and summer activities like Boat Launch, Tennis, and Pickleball courts
- Both masters have smart TVs or streaming devices for you to use your favorite streaming service. Family Room and Living Room on main level also have smart tv's

This is a full home rental with self-check-in.
Other things to note
There is parking for up to 4 cars ONLY. Cars must park in the driveway. On-street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver.

The Sunriver SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and staffing. It is a good idea to call beforehand to confirm the hours.

Beautiful Place to Stay

We LOVED our stay at this house. It was so clean, had great space for kids to play and plenty of living space to be together. It’s a unique, beautiful house. The hot tub was very clean and nice, great back porch for hanging out on, and nice to have 10 SHARC passes to get into the water park. We’d definitely look at returning to this house again when we return to Sunriver. Thanks for a great stay!
