Downtown Renovated Condo w Views of the Deschutes River

Come check out our newly remodeled second floor condo A212/213......

We have a light and bright kitchen with all new appliances, cabinets and Quartzite countertops. Fully stocked kitchen includes dishware, cooking utensils, blender, crockpot and Nespresso Machine. We have supplied Nespresso pods and creamer packets for your use.

The living area has a brand-new double recliner, to sit back and enjoy the gas fireplace and 65-inch smart TV with Streaming apps and Samsung channels, wi-fi is included. There are 4 bar stools to use at the counter and a table and chairs also for eating at. This room also has a very comfortable Queen Murphy bed. Just off the kitchen is one of two bathrooms with tub/shower and mirrored vanity. Hairdryer and bath products supplied.

In the main bedroom there is a new very comfortable King bed. Relax and watch your favorite entertainment on the 55inch Samsung TV. Plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack all your belongings and stay organized. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a desk with a coffee maker, also a lock off door to the living area.

The condo itself is beautiful, but the best part is the location! Perched along the banks of the Deschutes River, a sliding glass door provides an incredible view of the rushing river. Enjoy an evening cocktail rocking in your own rocking chair on the private patio as you watch the sun go down over the water. The Deschutes River Trail runs along the backside of our property, taking you on a pleasant 10-minute walk leading you right into the heart of downtown Bend!

Don't forget to bring your swimsuit as there is an indoor pool open from 9am -10pm. Pool towels supplied in the front closet. There is also a laundry room in Building B.

As part of Bend Riverside Rentals, you'll have friendly, on-site staff available to assist you from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible. By the time you leave, we're sure you'll have an unforgettable experience in the beautiful high desert!

Nice getaway

I stayed here with my family on a weekend getaway. We had a great time. The location was convenient, the place was nice and clean, and we had a wonderful time here. The kids had fun at the pool, which seemed relatively warm. The Deschutes River trail was right behind the property and made for a gorgeous bike ride full of lovely fall colors. We were able to store our bikes on the balcony which was nice. I only have two very small complaints. There was no outdoor BBQ grill as indicated on the listing and several of the baking sheets provided in the kitchen were actually too large to fit inside the small oven. But nit picks aside, this was a great place and we'd absolutely stay here again.

Terrific view of the river from the deck.

Located just a 1/2 mile from downtown. Easy walk. Having a separate bedroom was a benefit as was the air conditioning. One draw back is the over condition of the pool. Both the interior and exterior of the separate pool house needs much attention.

A lovely space with personal touches

The condo had everything you could need to stay put and enjoy the sound and view of the river or to wander along the river into Old Bend which I did twice a day during my stay. The decor was warm and I love the subtly painted birch trees behind the murphy bed. Thank you for a lovely break from my rainy home.
