Eccezionale casa Sunriver vicino a Deschutes Rive e al Monte. Laurea breve

Leggero, luminoso ed eccezionalmente pulito. La nostra casa è ben curata, situata a 1 miglio dal Sunriver e 15 miglia da Mt Bachelor e Bend. La casa dispone di TV via cavo di base, internet wireless ad alta velocità e abbonamenti Netflix e Hulu per i nostri ospiti. Questa è la casa vacanza più bella del nostro quartiere. Siamo vicini al Monte. Laurea, Sunriver, Bend e tutti i servizi che offrono.

La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. È molto vicino al fiume Deschutes, al Sunriver Village e al Monte. Laurea breve. La cucina ben curata e ben fornita ha tutto il necessario per cucinare e intrattenere, la nostra casa ha l'aria condizionata per l'estate e un camino a gas per l'inverno. Per favore, niente animali. WiFi ad alta velocità incluso con 3 Smart TV e un sistema audio Bose di qualità. Non abbiamo vicini immediati, quindi sentiti libero di fare un po 'di rumore. La nostra casa è adatta ai bambini. La casa si trova a circa 1000 piedi dal fiume Deschutes. Abbiamo 2 ottimi ristoranti e un piccolo negozio a meno di 800 piedi. C'è un varo privato per gli ospiti in fondo alla strada per l'accesso del convento al fiume Deschutes. Pedalate dentro e fuori in estate con accesso alle piste ciclabili di Sunriver e centinaia di miglia di percorsi Mt Bike a solo un miglio di distanza. In inverno i nostri ospiti possono motoslitta o sci di fondo fuori dal vialetto e accedere a tutti i sentieri battuti nella foresta di Deschutes o andare a Elk Lake Lodge per una bevanda calda o un pranzo. Disponiamo di pass ricreativi SHARC disponibili per i nostri ospiti, ma ti preghiamo di informarti prima di effettuare la prenotazione se li riservi al tuo gruppo.

C'è un negozio indipendente su un lotto separato adiacente alla casa a cui gli ospiti NON hanno accesso. L'area del vialetto e posto auto coperto di questo negozio è affittata come posto camper / rimorchio. Si prega di notare che ci sono 2 gatti all'aperto molto dolci che vagano intorno alla proprietà. I gatti non sono ammessi in casa e facciamo regolarmente lo shampoo ai tappeti, ma se sei altamente allergico agli animali potresti prendere in considerazione un'altra proprietà. Grazie!

We had a great time at this cute little house! Everything was clean and as advertised. We usually stay on the Sunriver resort but it was a nice chance of pace to be just 3 min away, so quiet and peaceful.

We were delighted with this property. It matched the description perfectly so we were not disappointed when we arrived. The SHARC pool passes were an extra bonus for us and greatly appreciated by my grandson.This property was meticulously cared for with well appointed rooms, well stocked bathrooms (including a bidet!) and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. One thing that would make the bathrooms even better would be to add handrails in the showers. Because we are cat lovers, we were especially pleased to see that the cats in the garage actually existed and were quite friendly. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them about the fireplace issue which could not be resolved in the short time we were there. Overall, I would recommend this property in a quiet neighborhood.

The owners were super responsive to our requests and need. We had a really good stay. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The only minor draw back was the house in in somewhat of a business area, of which I didn't realize when booking.

Well we were aware they had cars although we're not aware of the lady that comes to take care of them. She just let herself into the garage. My husband was surprised very suddenly, went out to garage to find a strange lady rummaging around. Hmmmm, it also seems as if the owners business is in the shop at house. They were very noisy and stood on the property to make phone calls very early, yes surprise surprise! 😮

Very relaxing, clean, peaceful setting. Close to all that sunriver has to offer as well as great access to the Deschutes river.

Property was well maintained, but dated. Modern and nice appliances and BBQ. Hard to get out of driveway due to complete roping off of adjacent shop area. Nice keyless entry system. Maximum of six renters allowed, but limited seating if you had six adults in your party. We enjoyed our three night stay.

We experienced 5-Star service in this beautiful home. The private setting provided views of trees and wildlife from the expansive kitchen/great-room. Only minutes from Mt Bachelor where enjoyed optimum snow conditions along with a bright sunny day. Thank you for the comfortable beds and excellent amenities!

Everything was seamless for us checking in and using the property. Quite area with lots of room. Property is a 15-20 min bike ride with kids in tow once you find the right paths to the village, SHARC or lodge. Had a wonderful stay at the property! Thank you!

Our family of four had a great two day stay at this house in Sunriver. It was the cleanest property we have stayed in and had all the amenities needed. Extras like paper towels, trash bags, and a Kuerig with many coffee choices were appreciated. And Netflix was great for the kids at bedtime. All in all a great house.

This property fit what we and another couple needed for a four night vacation. It’s quiet neighborhood, close proximity to the Sunriver Resort, blocks away from fishing access, nearby golf, and wonderful restaurants. It was very clean, well appointed, including a tv in each bedroom. One small complaint are the two queen beds are so high, I needed to find a footstool to get into the bed, I am 5’6”.
