Casa per famiglie con tre Master Suite e 8 passaggi SHARC!

Voi e la vostra famiglia si sentirà come a casa in questa proprietà 1.900 mq. Piedi si trova in una strada tranquilla. La nostra casa si trova nel centro Sunriver, a soli cinque minuti a piedi da Fort Rock Park o 10 minuti di bicicletta al Villaggio Mall e SHARC.

Questa inversione di vivere la casa dispone di tre master suite. Un maestro al piano superiore con un comodo letto matrimoniale con un proprio accesso allo spazio di vita all'aperto superiore. Le due suite al piano di sotto sono separati da un salone centrale che ha accesso alla vasca idromassaggio e bassa piattaforma esterna. Una suite è arredata con un letto matrimoniale in stile lodge. L'altro con un letto a castello pieno / singolo, oltre a futon per ulteriori posti letto, se necessario. Questa casa non ha A / C, ma è dotata di ventilatori a soffitto e ventilatori portatili, se necessario.

La zona giorno al piano superiore presenta un soffitto a volta con ben messo in scena mobili per accogliere la famiglia. Godetevi il camino a gas in ardesia e TV a schermo piatto dalla comodità del divano o due sedie relax. Potrete apprezzare la nostra cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in lastra di granito ed elettrodomestici nuovi. Al largo della sala da pranzo, è possibile inserire il ponte all'aperto con posti a sedere all'aperto e barbecue. È anche possibile accedere allo spazio esterno inferiore per trovare qualche ombra o godere della vasca idromassaggio. Con una grande area comune dietro casa, è un ottimo posto tranquillo per rilassarsi e leggere un libro.

Il soggiorno al piano terra è perfetto per i bambini con la sua propria TV e un sacco di giochi da tavolo! Abbiamo anche giocattoli per i bambini! Per convenienza, la casa è inoltre dotata di elementi essenziali infante / bambino: cancello bambino per le scale, penna a giocare, e seggiolone. Se questo non è abbastanza spazio, c'è anche un tavolo da air hockey in garage per ancora più divertente!

Per gli amanti dell'avventura all'aria aperta d'estate, abbiamo biciclette a disposizione nel garage di tre auto per il vostro piacere di crociera intorno a miglia di piste ciclabili di Sunriver! Fort Rock Park è a un passo dalla porta di casa! Come il più grande parco a Sunriver, questo parco è dotato di un parco giochi recentemente aggiornato, una vasta zona erbosa con un campo di softball / di calcio, box ferro di cavallo, campo da mezza basket, quattro quadrati, campo da beach volley, padiglione pic-nic, tetherball, barbecue / area pic-nic , e molti campi da tennis!

Durante l'inverno, il Monte stazione sciistica Bachelor è a soli 30 minuti di auto lungo la strada. Ci sono anche sno-parchi situati nella zona per slittino piacere.

This house was awesome for our guys golf trip. The 3 master bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms was perfect. The house was very clean upon arrival and the check-in process was very easy. We found the kitchen had anything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The outside deck was a nice spot to enjoy the evenings and we would definitely rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver! This house has a great spilt floor plan. The downstairs area was perfect for younger kids and parents. Upstairs master gave grandparents their own space. Downstairs was cooler than upstairs, which was perfect with not having AC. House was well stocked in kitchen area, laundry supplies and plenty of pool towels. No need to bring your own. We would definitely book this home again!

We really enjoyed this house. The layout is great with the master bedroom and master bathroom on the main floor and the two other bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) on the lower floor. It was the perfect house for a family and I recommend. Kitchen is well stocked and furniture is comfortable.

We had such an enjoyable stay. This house is fully equipped with everything you need for a baby and young kids: pack n’ play, high chair, baby gate, crayons, games, books, bikes, helmets rafts, life jackets, and sharc passes! The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was very seamless. I would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for a great week!

Absolutely perfect set up for our family! The layout was ideal for the kids to have their own space away from the grownups. Home was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen! The deck area was fantastic and provided a great place to enjoy morning coffee and meals together on the grill. We used the hot tub daily. Various sporting equipment, bikes and air hockey table were a huge perk for our family. Bikes were in great working condition and there were quite a few to choose from. The home is well maintained and in great shape. We would absolutely stay here again! The owners were extremely accommodating and very prompt to answer questions. You can tell that they take pride in this rental!

Only disappointment was that half the bikes were either flat or didn’t have brakes. I did ask owner about bikes prior so it was known it was something we would use. So bring your own bikes!!!

Biggest deal was kids going to Sharc and we got there Sunday afternoon already at capacity,,went early Monday morning to get in and you can only go once a day ,,and to top it off they aren’t open on Tuesday’s and Wednesdays,, we left Wednesday sooo that was a bummer..House was perfect size for two families ..

The house was perfect for a long weekend with family to celebrate our anniversary. Plenty of room on decks, in hot tub. We appreciated being on the northern side of Sunriver-seemed less crowded. We kayaked, paddle boarded, rode the provided bikes and did Paulina Plunge. After that the hot tub was a blessing. I have already recommended the house to others because of the amenities and the 3 en-suite bedrooms.

We really enjoyed our time in this Sun River home! The house is set up perfectly for two families. We spent our days mountain biking the nearby trails, rafting and swimming in the river, and getting to know this beautiful area. Our evenings were spent eating out on the lovely deck, under the stars, and relaxing in the hot tub! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked! I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean. Good location to SHARC and Village. After a day of bike rides and hiking, the hot tub was nice to relax in. Nice deck for meals and star gazing. Lots of bikes available for use if you don’t bring your own.

House is well maintained. Our family of 6 had plenty of space due to the split living arrangements with 3 baths. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/silverware. Having space in the driveway for 3 vehicles and a 16 ft boat/trailer and a spacious garage to store things in was an added bonus. Deck/hot tub was well-used. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and very well stocked as far as kitchen items, games, movies, etc. the layout is great for two families sharing a home. The bikes in the garage could use some maintenance and repair, but otherwise we found everything in great working condition. The homeowners were fantastic with communication and response time whenever we needed something.
