The perfect home base for all your Sunriver adventures! Located near Fort Rock Park and just minutes from the SHARC, this location offers convenience and privacy. With beautiful outdoor spaces and great light, this is the place to make memories. There are five full bedrooms (two on the main floor) plus the kids cave with three more beds. Make use of 12 SHARC passes providing access to pools, waterslide, disc golf, pickleball courts, and more. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with large table for eating or games. Relax on the patio spaces with grill, Blackstone, and lots of seating facing the woods. Unwind in the hot tub on the deck under the stars. Plus, fast Wi-Fi for working or streaming. This home has AC and a wood burning stove to keep you comfortable in all seasons. EV Tesla charger onsite. Check in was easy and straightforward. Only a slight hiccup with check in time as it's listed as 3 pm one place and 4 pm another. We waited for cleaners to finish and then got in at 4pm. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook for our large group. Garage fridge was super helpful for food and drinks overflow. Beds were comfortable. Lot of "yard space" out back for some yard style games. Deck could use some love but it was functional. Regarding the provided bikes, we found 2 adult size that were usable. Not sure about the kid ones. All in all the house worked great for our group and we would rent again.

Family reunion

Everyone in group was very pleased with the home. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and very nice deck.Shannon quickly responded to any issues we had. Only thing that might be addressed was that some bikes needed work, but all in all, a 5 star accommodation

A great location for a large family gathering. Plenty of sleeping areas, bathrooms, setting arrangements, etc.Well stocked for cooking bahtroom supplies and out door seating. Great overall.

Great Location

Great stay, perfect for our group of 11 and two dogs. Location is great, next to the trails and a close bike ride to the Sharc, Village, North Store. Front driveway was safe for kids to bike around. Kitchen had everything needed with lots of extra plates and cups. Beds could use replacement. Would stay again!

Great House in Sunriver!

We had a wonderful stay at Shannon’s home in Sunriver! We had a few families with children, and the house was perfect — very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Shannon was a great host and communicated clearly and quickly whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great house with great layout of ample bedrooms!

Shannon’s home is in a great location near Fort Rock Park and the home fits many people comfortably. It was clean and Shannon was very flexible. Had a great trip!

Average House

This house is a nice size, lots of beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds, pillows, chairs and couches feel old and worn out. And the ice was so bad that it was hard to walk from the car to the front door or on the deck to the hot tub without falling. Over all ot was a great stay.

Comfortable well laid out vacation home.

From my 96yo mom to my 7yo grandson, this house was perfect. It is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything, also appreciated the second fridge in the garage for our Thanksgiving group. Highly recommend this place

Great Place for a Getaway

The house was big and accommodated 12 of us and 2 dogs. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The owner is terrific and tried to make sure that everything went well for us. Sunriver is amazing. Float the river, ride bikes, hike Broken Top mountain, see Crater Lake, etc. We will be back.

Great House!

This was a great house for our family of 9, very comfortable to stay in and cook in a nice crowd friendly kitchen. Unfortunately because of fires nearby, outdoor activities were somewhat depressed. I would have liked to have known before we arrived that fire alerts were on so I could pre-warn others coming. I would have brought an air filter for myself because I am asthmatic and the air quality made for difficult breathing.

Plenty of room for everyone!

Overall a great house and very comfortable. Big bedrooms with plenty of beds that were very comfortable. Plenty of linens. Nice floor plan with 2 mastersuites downstairs. Greee we t barbecue and outdoor area and hot tub. Nice kitchen with a big fridge. The VRBO site said check in was 3 and we had to wait till4. The kitchen floor had not been mopped but the cleaners came back quickly and cleaned it . There was a wad of hair in one of the showers. Just overall the house needs to be cleaner. The couch is worn and needs to be replaced and so do the outdoor mats. Other than that the stay was great. The owner was very responsive immediately which was very helpful.when we requested a mop and vacuum

Nice location, but not great…

The location is amazing. It’s beautiful and centrally located, and the house itself is gorgeous. However, while we will definitely be coming back to Sunriver, we will never be staying here again for a couple of reasons. - We couldn’t find the remote for the main tv. We tore the place apart looking for it, and when I reached out to the host she said “I'm sorry, check in the cubby in the wall next to the TV. Although once it was found on the floor under a couch.” I let her know we already looked everywhere and she replied “I'm sorry. That is frustrating! I don't know of anywhere it might have gone”. No kind of solution was offered, and we ended up going 11 miles to Walmart to get a universal remote. - The place is FILTHY. When we were looking under couches there was piles of trash and dust. There were dishes in the dishwasher and laundry in the dryer. They were clean, but it felt odd that it wasn’t put away. The floors made all of our feet totally dirty black. Lots of dust all along the ceiling fans and lights. There were dirty broom streaks on the floor in the bathroom, so it was swept but not mopped. - All of the bikes are damaged in some way but usable, but the tandem bike has a broken chain and is completely unusable. - Half of the jets on the hot tub don’t work. All in all, this was one of the cheaper options for the size of our group and it was fine, but we’ll definitely be saving up and staying somewhere else next time.

Perfect Location!

Overall, this was a great home to vacation in with our family. The house is fully equipped, has a great floor plan for a family, and is in a perfect location, close to Fort Rock Park, great walking and biking, and fairly close to the Shark Center. Our only disapointment was that we had to give the floors on the main a good cleaning, and we had to clean the grills outside prior to using them.
