Family getaway

We had a pleasant stay. The house is in a great location by the bridge that allows easy access to the mountain bike trails. The house offers lots of activities for adults and children. The great room upstairs is open and is accommodating for the whole family. The house could use some updating. The smaller suite bed is old as well as the furniture. The bunk room beds are also old. The pillows are not comfortable. The outdoor table is wobbly and although advertised, the bikes are not in good shape. We needed to rent our own for people who did not bring any. Another problems we ran into is that when you rent through a third party like VRBO you do not have access to the golf course or driving range. Overall experience was fine.

This house was OK for our needs. There were just 2 adults, so we didn't use a lot of the fun games and things the hosts have in the house. The cleaning was just OK, there was dust on the blinds, a few bits of trash under furniture and a few visible cobwebs up high. The house could also use a bit of TLC. There are some missing and torn screens, a couple of can lights weren't flush against the ceiling and the outside paint is peeling in places. The hot tub seemed almost new and we really enjoyed that.

Great place but need improvements

So I had read the previous reviews and figured all the repairs had been made but half bikes are still broken. The air conditioning was off and the heat was on when we arrived and we were dying had to pull out the fans. The bottom works but the upstairs does not keep it cool. It's a beautiful house but needs some attention. So used to coming into vrbos and seeing a nice coffee selection nope nothing no sugar we bought coffee and creamer had to buy sugar we left it for the next family. But the walls down the stairs are so dirty because there's no handrails. Tons of stains on the carpets not color but so crusty. I think someone peed down the wall next to the toilet I dont know how else liquid lines on the paint like that. The hot tub is at 96 degrees and the jets only work on 1 seat. Then this morning I had set my clothes on the floor and brand new socks out of package I get out of shower and there was fleas on my socks. It was awesome place to bring my dog but he has been on prescription flea meds every month and does not have fleas. I even have records but then the pans under the oven were all covered in grease so I washed them before we put them back even though we didn't use them. But the games were cool it was great family time and the sharc passes are amazing opportunity. Lots of room amazing back porch high quality recliners. Just need some financial improvements I would start with the bikes and hot tubs and fix the a/c Possibly flea treatments with the pet fee $.

Great for Our 2 families…skiers & non skiers!

This house is perfect for 2 families. It was really nice having 2 master bedrooms & the bunk room for the teens! Kitchen was spacious & had everything needed for preparing meals & lots of dishes & silverware! The location w/in SunRiver is nice & quiet and great access to hiking trails & river…but almost 10 min in from the entrance & village…so not super convenient for walking there. Overall we were really happy with our stay!

Great family home - very pet friendly

Great - location, quiet, awesome outdoor spaces, layout, excellent for families, quick maintenance response to issues, if maintenance issues fixed would absolutely stay again Not great - leaking ceiling, moldy smell in certain areas, extremely strong pet urine smell throughout the home - needs good deep cleaning or replace flooring

Great rental!

We had a great time staying in this home. It’s on a quiet culdesac and is a really well stocked house, with plenty of bikes, games, kitchen-ware and space for all of us. The downstairs bedrooms don’t have a lot of noise insulation from the upstairs living area but that’s just the nature of the design layout. The house is cozy and stylish and we really enjoyed our time here!

Trip with friends

This was a great property, nice location near the river and wonderful space. It has enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The only thing I wish is the management had let us know there were no napkins or paper towels provided. the store didn't have paper towels so would have been nice to know so we could have brought them from home. We thought it was a great house though!

Nice house

The house was nice, and spacious. The heating situation was less than ideal with the upstairs being stifling and the lower bedrooms freezing, despite the thermostat settings. This was our first time using VRBO, and probably the last as the fees are insane - it would be nice if they were included in the nightly rate.
