“We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Pillows were soft the bed was firm but comfortable for us. Long hallways. Anyways I...

“Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me.
I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me.
I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too.
Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB”

“I showed up and the staff all seemed hungover and disorganized. My room wasn’t ready. They couldn’t check me in cause the computer died. They tried to check me in anyway. They showed me my bunk and my linens weren’t clean. They all seemed like kind people. But the vibe was wack. I am not sure why the reviews are so good. Go find yourself a campground.”
