"May The Forest Be With You" ground-floor studio with a beautiful view of the Deschutes River!

Welcome to "May The Forest Be With You," otherwise known as Bend Riverside Unit 202. This sweet vacation spot sleeps 2 people with a full kitchen and handicap-accessible bathroom. You have 8 foot glass doors that give you an incredible view of the Deschutes River. Open those large doors, step outside onto your riverfront patio and take in the sights and sounds of the rushing river.

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

This riverfront studio is uniquely handicap-accessible. There are no steps to this unit. The bathroom is designed for guests who utilize wheelchairs. There are grab bars everywhere in the bathroom, and the tiled shower does not require you to step into it. On top of all that, it is also a pet friendly unit.

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub; open daily, so bring those suits!

Stay was great. Property was as described and check in/check out was easy. Space was a good size for 2 adults and a dog. Easy access to downtown and other areas in Bend.

Great location. The bed seemed quite old and worn. It had all amenities in the kitchen. There were dirty footprint in the bathroom when I arrived and hair in the shower drain. Under the vanity in the bathroom was quite dirty. The place could use some cosmetic updates.The place is dog friendly but there are signs surrounding the property saying "no dogs on grass."

Adequate clean unit. Beautiful view.

Good location, clean unit. Noisy heater. Hard mattress. Beautiful view. Quiet area. It was a bit unsettling that a hoarder is living in the end unit. And it was uncomfortable to sit on the day beds to watch tv since there was only one chair. Thank you.

Beautiful river view

This is an older property but well maintained and quiet unless you have upstairs neighbors. The access to Pioneer Park and the river is great. This room is advertised as wheelchair accessible. It does have bars around toilet and in shower and the dining bar was low. However, bathroom very small and shower is too small for wheelchair transfers. I could not get under the sink or see myself in the mirrors. We removed box spring with permission because bed and couch were 6-8 inches too high. The staff was cool with what I needed but this room is more suited to an ambulatory person with ADA needs. Also bring your own pillows

The main bed for this property was like sleeping on a board. It was so bad that my wife and I had to sleep on the couch. The air conditioner was also very loud. Additionally, the property makes it seem like you can walk out your back porch directly to the river; however, you cannot. You have to walk out around the side of the property to get to the river. The waterfall right there in the river is also so loud you can't even have a conversation on the back porch. It was a close drive to downtown, but overall this property was simply overpriced. I would have much rather gotten a normal hotel and been a couple minutes further drive.

Very Disappointing

Our unit was dirty. Floors in unit not cleaned, trash not emptied. I had to throw my white socks away because they were black. There was dog fur on the bedspread. There was no coffee. Very inadequate kitchen.

Worst Bed Ever

Worst excuse for a bed ever. Not only was the full size mattress uncomfortable the sheets and blanket were threadbare and the blanket had a hole in it. The pillows were flat and small. No one had cleaned under the bed in quite some time. The river view was nice and other than the dirty floor under the bed, the unit was clean.

Great location to downtown

Lots of Pros about this property . Great location - walking distance to downtown , parks, restaurants, etc . Very clean . Reasonably priced . Cons - very loud upstairs tenants / residents . Could hear loud walking - stomping early in the morning . The bed could use an upgrade- very hard and uncomfortable . Overall we had a great stay !
