Welcome to Millpointe Modern! There’s simply nothing like it in Bend… step into this newly built, high-end, centrally located vacation home just steps from the Old Mill, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Box Factory, Downtown Bend, Deschutes River, and more. From the luxury features such as the private sauna, cold plunge, and workout space, to the custom modern finishes in the home and professional design, you won’t be short on top-notch accommodations.

This property is comprised of a 3-bedroom main home AND a lock-off studio apartment with private exterior entrance. Guests may choose to rent the entire property or either unit separately. This home sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children.

Upon entering, you’ll notice exquisite craftsmanship with natural stone and wood accents throughout, high-end features in the kitchens and bathrooms, and an extraordinary amount of natural light pouring into the strategically placed windows that maintain privacy despite its urban setting. This vacation home comes fully stocked with all the essentials: soaps, bed and bath linens, all kitchenware & appliances small and large, basic spices, coffee, board games and puzzles, and baby gear (as requested). We also provide a complimentary s'more station spread to kick off your stay!

1st floor: Foyer with access to garage/wellness center, studio apartment, and stairs up to the main living area.
Studio: The studio apartment can be accessed from within the foyer if rented with the main home and function as a 4th bedroom. If the studio is booked separately, it will be locked off from all guests and only the exterior entrance may be used.
- One queen bed with one rollaway cot or crib (best for children)
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower and washer/dryer
- Full kitchen (sink, dishwasher, cooktop, oven/micro, fridge, pantry) fully stocked with kitchenwares and basic spices
- 2 accent chairs with table for dining or work
- Smart TV (access local channels and your apps only)
- Private outdoor patio with seating and BBQ
Wellness Center: The garage has been transformed to cater to those looking to recover after a day on the mountain!

2nd floor: Follow the floating stairs from the foyer up to the main living area with high ceilings, open concept layout, 2 balconies, and office nook. An ideal space for entertaining!

- East-facing balcony with outdoor dining set and BBQ
- Living room with gas fireplace, smart TV (access local channels and your apps only), designer furniture

3rd floor: Retreat to the upper floor with vaulted ceilings and views to Pilot Butte
- Bedroom 1: Primary room with king bed, walk-in closet, private large balcony with outdoor seating and firepit, and private bathroom
- Bathroom 1: Ensuite primary bathroom with heated floors, walk-in shower, private toilet room, integrated LED mirrors with steam control, soaps, towels, and hairdryer
- Bedroom 2: King bed with private small balcony and closet
- Bedroom 3: Adult bunk bed with 2 queen beds that can hold up to 2,000lbs on each level, office nook, and closet
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom accessed from main hall with tub/shower combo, towels, and hairdryer
- Laundry room: Full size washer and dryer with ironing board, iron, and detergent

The stay was great and right in Old Mill area. Everything was an easy walk. Kitchen has everything you need! Sauna and cold plunge were great ways to start the morning. Would definitely stay here again!
