Newly renovated home with high-end finishes located just 1.5 miles from Downtown Bend. Well stocked for longer stays, this home can host anyone from a romantic couples retreat to a wedding party of 10 getting ready for a night on the town. The downstairs office/movie room has a projector for streaming and a pullout couch that serves as a 4th bedroom. Enjoy the spa-like master suite to unwind, or head outside to the hot tub for some r&r after your day of skiing, climbing, biking, or hiking!

Enjoy this newly renovated home with high-end finishes located just 1.5 miles from Downtown Bend. This 3 bed 2.5 bath can host anyone from a romantic couples retreat to a wedding party getting ready for a night on the town. The downstairs office/movie room has a projector for streaming from your laptops, and a pullout couch that serves as a 4th bedroom. Enjoy the spa-like master suite to unwind, or head outside to the hot tub for some r&r after your day of skiing, climbing, biking, or hiking!

This home has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and an office/movie room on the first floor with a pull out couch that can be used as a 4th bedroom when needed. All beds are queen sized aside from the master which features a king. If there are more than 8 guests booked, we will provide an additional air mattress.

The kitchen hosts new stainless steal appliances including a 4-burner oven range, full sized fridge, drawer microwave in the kitchen island, high-efficiency dishwasher, countertop toaster oven, and insta-pot. Kitchen island seating, coffee/liquor bar, and duel sliding trash bins make this kitchen a great place to host large gatherings for all occasions.

The master suite is a peaceful retreat with south facing windows and plenty of natural light. The private bathroom with vessel sinks, dual shower-head glass enclosure, powder cabinet, independent heating, and mood lighting make the bathroom feel like you've stepped into a private spa.

Corner bedroom on second floor features a queen bed with firm mattress and light airy décor. Middle bedroom has a softer mattress and a warm, earthy vibe.

There is a wide driveway in front of the garage that fits up to 3 vehicles. There is also street side parking when needed.

*Please note that this home has an attached apartment on the right side of the home. This apartment is typically rented out, but there are no common/shared spaces. Apartment has separate entrance*

We stayed for 3 nights while in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, so close to anywhere we were going. The house had everything we needed. The host was so nice, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Bend.

Great spot!

Fun spot in bend, the projector room is great, 5 stars! The laundry room location is perfect and the beds are all really nice. I love that they leave some common items ( food and bev wise) that have been left behind by other guests, that made cooking so much easier, I wish every rental did that.

Beautiful property

The house is nice and everything was great. The only issue was that we were a party of 10 and didnt realize that two people would need to sleep on air mattresses. The listing did no mention air mattresses.

Nice house, outside area could be improved

This is a very nice house and would be great in the winter. It is spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The master bedroom/bath is beautiful. Unfortunately the outside area was lacking. There is a nice hot tub on a large deck, but the only furniture is some hard wooden benches. Staying in Bend in the summer, we would have liked to have had coffee outside in the mornings, and the option to dine outdoors. If we had known we would have at least brought some of our own camp chairs for sitting outside.

Wonderful Stay!

Katelyn's house was the perfect choice for our group. It was very clean, comfortable, super spacious and was described accurately. Check in process was very straightforward and Katelyn was super communicative and helpful ahead of and during our stay of several days. We went from a group of 6 to 10 during our stay as our fellow wedding go-er's housing plans fell through. The house was able to accommodate all of us easily and the change of plans was very seamless with the host (thank you again!). Furnishings were lovely and it had everything we needed! The only downside is that I couldn't take the master bathroom home with me.

Awesome weekend getaway

We were in Bend for a quick weekend getaway for a little skiing and our teen's swim meet. Knew we would want a place to call a home away from home, and we got that some an more. Katelyn was a great host and thought of all the right touches for stay. Coffee, espresso, and tea (all my faves), along with a leave some, take some for booze (what a great idea!). We couldn't resist hunkering down to watch a flick on the big screen projector. The hot tub, towels, and bathrobe were on point as well. Super cute decor and awesome master bath. We will be back!
