- King Master Suite – The luxurious master suite features a king-sized bed, a private seating area, and sweeping river views. The attached en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. A true sanctuary for relaxation.

- Lower-Level King Guest Bedroom – On the lower level, the second king bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with a guest bathroom located right down the hall, perfect for those who prefer more privacy or easy access to the main living spaces.

- Two Upstairs Guest Bedrooms – Located on the upper level, these two charming guest bedrooms each offer cozy beds and plenty of natural light, along with a shared guest bathroom. Ideal for children, teens, or additional guests.

Guests have access to the entire home, including the garage. The owners do have a few closets locked for owners storage.

Getting Around:

You will need a car to access this property. Uber and Lyft services may not be available in this area. Sunriver gets a lot of snow in the winter. Prepare accordingly.

sharc passes are not included.

3 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee of $40 per dog for the stay.  If pets are brought into the home without COVH approval or knowledge, there is a fine of $250 per pet.



The driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles. All trailers and recreational vehicles must have the approval of COVH prior to arrival.
