This beautiful riverside top floor condo can sleep up to six people, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with cookware. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom. In the main living area, you have a queen bed and a pull out couch, two TVs and fireplace. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the Deschutes River! This unit is also pet friendly! There is a pet fee of $69 for up to two pets. Also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub, open daily!



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a staffed property. We work out of an office at the entrance to the property. If you don't need us, you won't even see us. But we're here in case you need anything from us.
