Tucked along the scenic Deschutes River, Riverfront Bend is a cozy yet authentic cottage that blends tranquility with convenience. With sweeping water views, a spacious backyard, and a walkable location near downtown Bend, this home is the ultimate retreat for relaxation, adventure, and everything in between.

Step onto the inviting front porch and into your peaceful escape. Inside, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace sets the mood for movie nights and quiet mornings with coffee in hand. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals, and the dining area for four is perfect for sharing stories after a day of exploring.

This cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, each with private deck access and ensuite bathrooms for added comfort.

Primary Suite: Queen bed, TV, kitchenette, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and river views.

Bedroom 2: Full bed and private bath—ideal for family or friends.This room has the direct access to the hot tub looking out to the expansive lawn and Deschutes River.

Your backyard is the star of the show. Relax on the expansive lawn, take in the breathtaking riverfront views, and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day on the water.
