None of the rooms were clean and ready to check in time. While I was checking in in the lobby, multiple people came in that said when they were given their room key and went inside, they were still dirty with other peoples belongings in there.
I asked the staff to show me a couple of rooms before I checked in because of this, and when we entered the rooms, one had construction equipment in it, one had severely bubbled up carpet with stains everywhere, one the white sheets and pillows weren’t even white they were brown or gray stained.
I went back to the lobby and canceled my reservation so I could go somewhere else and while I was in the lobby, another customer came in because they found bugs in their couch.
This property is very poorly taken care of, and I do not suggest staying here, especially if you have a family.
