Enjoy your next visit to Sunriver in the comfort of this single-level 4-bedroom home. You and your family will have plenty of space to relax and make lots of memories in Topflite #4.


The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are all part of an open vaulted area with plenty of natural light from the expansive windows and skylight. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while watching a movie on the flat-screen TV equipped with a Blu-ray system.

The family cook will not be disappointed in the beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is plenty of seating for the family to enjoy wonderful home-cooked meals.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. This bedroom adjoins the jack’n’hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player, a perfect place for the kids. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. This bedroom adjoins the second jack’n’hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The primary suite has a king-size bed with an ensuite bath that includes dual vanity sinks, a skylight, and a walk-in shower. In addition to the flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player, this bedroom has private access to the back patio and hot tub.

Enjoy star gazing while soaking in the private hot tub after a long bike ride along Sunriver's many paved bike paths. This home has four adult bikes, one tag along, and a burley trailer for you to enjoy.

Topflite #4 has Air Conditioning and fans in the home so you can stay cool in the warm summer months.

Perfect Home for 2 Families

The layout of this home was perfect for two families. Both adult couples had king bedrooms and baths and the kids occupied the bedrooms at the other end of the house. The single floor plan was great for the toddler. We enjoyed the large living room area and the large dining table. A huge benefit was the use of the garage as it snowed and we did not have to scrape car windows. We would definitely book this property again!

Great property

House was clean and well stocked. Having the bikes to use was wonderful. Sharc passes rounded things out perfectly.
