This spacious Sunriver retreat is the perfect choice for a getaway with family or friends. You'll love the home's convenient location close to the SHARC center, the Woodlands Golf Course, and nearby hiking trails. Private highlights include a deck and a hot tub for complete relaxation!

At home, kick back in the living room while warming up around the wood-burning fireplace or streaming a movie on the smart TV. The full kitchen has everything you need to plan home-cooked meals. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the essentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed a week with my 3 teens and my in-laws and we had a great time. The house is roomy and had space for us all. The bedroom on the first level was perfect for my older in-laws and the lower level was ideal for the kids. The hot tub was easily accessible and a great ending to the day. We would stay here again.
