Welcome to this modern 3-bed, 3-bath home in the heart of Bend! Ample room to spread out and enjoy you private oasis in downtown Bend. This amazing 2 story perch is light and bright and above it all. The upstairs living area centers around a beautiful and modern kitchen and kitchen island. So perfect for coffee and planning another day in beautiful Bend. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom either en-suite or very nearby. You'll love having a lower level living room with wet bar, large screen TV. Downstairs features the queen bedroom and a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Within a couple minutes walk, you can reach Bend’s downtown restaurants, shops, art galleries, pubs, the Deschutes River, the Les Schwab Amphitheater, Drake Park and the Old Mill shopping district. Bend locals will envy your location, just steps from a Bend favorite, Jackson's Corner. And a longer 2 blocks to the Deschutes River Wave and The Old Mill just beyond. This is truly a great location for walking with a Walk Score® of 84!

This is a great location for walking and riding your bike (bring your own!) to downtown Bend, the amphitheater in the Old Mill, to any location on the westside. Park your car in 1 of the 3 car garages and get ready to explore by foot! With so much garage storage, be sure to bring all your play gear...there is a place for it!

Sink in and enjoy the details. If you need to work remotely, you're in luck as there is an office set up and waiting for your. You can close the door and get your business done before you head out to play in Bend.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This reverse living home features the master and one additional upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. There are 3 full bathrooms so everyone will be comfortable.

The lower level bedroom is private and set above the street with a large window and good light. The entire lower level is an amazing suite to itself really, with its own laundry, full bathroom, kitchenette for perfect movie nights and a living space with big screen TV. This is the perfect kids hangout or remote working office.

Upstairs is the main living area and it is bathed in natural light being so high up from the street. The master bedroom features a king bed with European style bedding, ensuite master bathroom with heated tile floors, and big walk-in closet with a stacking washer and dryer. The master bedroom also has outside stairs leading down to the salt water hot tub.

The 2nd upstairs bathroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and small desk/workspace with a window above. This bedroom has a bathroom located just across the hallway. You'll have the same European style bedding as the master and white fluffy towels waiting for you.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Your kitchen is light and bright and perfectly adjacent to a spacious dining area, living room and even the upstairs balcony if you are dining outdoors. Great flow and easy to enjoy this wonderful living area. Your kitchen is fully stocked and includes basic spices and oils. You'll find quartz countertops, hip and modern light fixtures and you'll love cooking on a gas range. All new and modern appliances will make your gourmet dinner a snap. All the pots, pans, flatware, blender, you need, you will find it here.

OUTDOORS AND SALT WATER HOT TUB
Enjoy lounging on a summer day on the generous upstairs balcony. Walk downstairs to the backyard and slip into your private salt water hot tub after a day at the mountain. We do ask you to be whisper quiet in the hot tub after 10pm. Or find a quiet corner in the yard to simply watch the day go by – Bend style.

The Sweet Spot has all of the amenities you need for a one-of-a-kind Bend vacation. All of the beds are furnished with quality duvets and high thread count linens. There is a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs, free wireless internet, and so much more.
