La Galveston House si trova sul lato ovest alla moda e popolare di Bend, nel cuore del distretto di Galveston. È a pochi passi da hot-spot della zona come 10 Barrel Brewing Company, Westside Bakery and Café, Victorian Café, Phil’s Growlers, Ariana, Paradise Produce Stand e The Lot --- il nostro nuovissimo campo Food-Cart con sala da pranzo all'aperto.

Ci sono anche grandi negozi di biciclette, attrezzature per il tempo libero e favolosi juice bar preferiti locali a due isolati. Salta direttamente sulla tua bici e in meno di 2 miglia sei a Phil’s Trail noto per l'eccellente mountain bike. Carica la tua tavola o gli sci e sei a soli 20 minuti dal Monte. Laurea e le nostre piste in polvere. Il centro storico è a soli 15 minuti a piedi, in gran parte attraverso Drake Park lungo il fiume Deschutes. Indipendentemente dal modo in cui ti giri, sei nel bel mezzo della deliziosa curva.

La Galveston House utilizza l'energia solare ed è stata progettata pensando all'efficienza ecologica. Abbiamo utilizzato meravigliosi mobili e materiali rivendicati, unici nel loro genere per rendere questa casa non solo confortevole, ma anche calda e accogliente. Questa unica casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone e offre un ottimo concetto di vita "open-space" perfetto per la raccolta.

C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata, fino ai chicchi di caffè freschi, in attesa delle tue creazioni culinarie. La casa ha WIFI GRATUITO in tutto, quindi puoi twittare della bellissima Bend, una lavatrice / asciugatrice full size per quei vestiti da gioco Bend e un ampio cortile completamente recintato. Nei mesi estivi, ci sono posti a sedere all'aperto per sei, un barbecue a gas e due biciclette d'epoca per gli ospiti. C'è anche una meravigliosa vasca idromassaggio nel cortile privato per quei bagni serali.

Questa è veramente una casa lontano da casa e ti invitiamo a essere nostri ospiti.

Everything went smoothly. Host was prompt with responses and patient with our fumblings. The location is fabulously walkable. The house was a bit cold, but everything was comfortable. The kitchen is fabulously ready for food prep, which we didn't do, as there are so many great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location—one block to Galveston Ave and 10 minute walk to Newport Ave corridors. Also easy walk to downtown Bend. House pictures accurate and everything is very comfy. Something to know is that the access to backyard is through the primary bedroom—no big deal for us but could be an issue for others. Management company very responsive and added to the quality of the stay.

Great property

Great property. Only thing I’d say is the fees are getting out of hand. This is across all of Vrbo. With these fees constantly increasing it will keep property owners from being able to rent out their homes.

Republicans not welcomed by neighbors

The property was excellent and the Property manager was great! The home was exactly what it was described to be! However the neighborhood is not fond of Republican/Conservatives! There was one particular lady that started name calling as we were walking in coming back from 10 barrel brewing! I have political stickers on my Truck and Idaho plates that obviously she didn’t appreciate We were called white supremacy cause we live in Idaho and it got to the point the police were called on us! The property manager received calls from other neighbors stating we were loud but there are literally 2 breweries very close by intact one is right next store! Again the property and the host were excellent but if you are not a democrat or liberal and have anything on your vehicle stating you support Trump then you will have problems with the neighbors as obviously they don’t want Trump supporters in there neighborhood!

Great location on Galveston corridor!

We had a lovely stay here! It was the perfect amount of space for 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The backyard is the perfect size to hang out and play, and you are just steps from Galveston and a short walk to the river. The home is exactly as listed, and comes with everything you need (bedding, towels, stocked kitchen, laundry, etc). The host was very communicative and helpful. We definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the river, etc.

Perfect location!

We've stayed at this property in the past and loved it. It really is in the perfect location. We walked to Old Bend (15 min), Old Mill (20-25 min) and of course right across the steet to 10 Barrel Brewery. Sun River Brewery is about a 2min walk and they have great food...and beer of course. The house is well cared for and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Another good stay

Return guests for a reason - easily walkable to breweries, restaurants/cafes, old town and Old Mill districts, parks, and the river. Quick access to the mountain. Plenty of space for meals with family and friends. Fully fenced yard the best feature per our dogs. :-) Easy check in/out. Plenty of parking. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and hope to make this a more regular trip.

Great Inner Bend location

This is a nice updated older home just off NW Galveston which is a great trendy street for food and drinks. You can walk or ride to downtown. The house is well equipped and lacked nothing we needed. Lastly, this property was also dog friendly but we saw no evidence of other dogs when we stayed. We will certainly consider staying here again.

Location

One of the best locations in Bend. Walk to everything and enjoy great restaurants just blocks away. The house was very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Enjoy evenings in the hot tub even in the cold spring weather that came through.

Unbeatable Location with all the amenities

We rented this house for two weeks in Bend. You can’t be the location to great restaurants, Drake park (and the floating take out point), and downtown. We loved being able to walk everywhere and not deal with traffic or parking hassles. We even walked our paddle boards down to Mirror Pond and back. The yard is a great and hot tub was a great bonus. Best of all, we could put our names in at the nearby restaurants and wait for our table back at the house.
