“For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!”

The property is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities are amazing! We had so much fun in the pools and they have a cool rock waterslide for kids. The hot tub could fit 30 people and was the perfect temperature. “The outside of the hotel bulding should have some maintance updates. As far as the inside of the rooms they are in good shape. Beds and pillows are the most comfortable.
Pool is nice..The gym is really great, free weights and lot of equipment.
Restruant is very nice with great views. Food is very good. I would say the servers are nice, but could be better on time managment.”

“The hotel was really nice and clean. We could not get the heater to work for a while but finally figured it out. The coffee bar was not restocked when we checked in and there were no cups in the lobby. When we woke up in the morning it was finally restocked.
