**Great place to stay with our family! Very close to Sunriver Village, comfortable beds, quiet area that grandkids could safely ride their bikes, hot tub was super clean and well maintained, bbq was basically new! We loved it.**

With three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for the whole crew to stretch out and relax. The main suite is a retreat all its own, with a comfy king bed, huge smart TV, and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a cozy queen bed, while bedroom three is set up with two twin XL beds. Need extra space? The living room also has a full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

You’ll stay cool in the summer with air conditioning and toasty warm in the cooler months with a cozy gas fireplace that makes the living room feel like a warm hug. A foosball table in the garage is ready for some friendly family tournaments, and there are bikes for everyone to cruise around Sunriver’s 40+ miles of scenic paved trails.

When you’re not soaking in the hot tub under the stars, the Sunriver area is packed with fun. Ride bikes to the Village for shopping, treats, and mini golf, or hit the nearby Deschutes River for kayaking, floating, or paddleboarding. In winter, head just a short drive up to Mt. Bachelor for epic skiing and snowboarding. Summer brings even more adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and exploring natural wonders like Lava Lands and the mysterious Lava River Cave. For stargazers, the Oregon Observatory offers a magical look at the night sky you won’t forget.

Heads up: The home backs up to an active railroad track. Trains generally pass just a few times a day and rarely blow their whistles—most guests find it adds a bit of charm to the experience!
